Location was convenient the staff were friendly and I really loved the 12pm check out time rather then the 11am check out.

Was on the last floor. The room ceiling was high, hence the window was huge and the view was great.

My brother lives there, which is the primary reason for the visit. May not have chosen the location in other circumstances.

Room was not ready when I arrived at 2:15 as check in time...
Room was not ready when I arrived at 2:15 as check in time was suppose to be at 3pm
I wanted to use the bathroom as I just had 7 hours drive but no bathroom was offered instead desk staff instructions was to go around the corner to the restaurant.
Upon my return at 3:30 pm again desk staff said room is not available and was suggesting to cancel. I was upset but did say and then you charge me as it is not within the hour of free cancellation.
I step aside to wait and then 1 family (3) arrived and was given a room. These family was of the same skin colour with the desk staff and spoke French.
I was then upset and said there was no room and then all of a sudden there is one. Is there racism here?
The desk staff was offering an extension of 1 hour at check out which I do not need but I said do I have a choice? No answer.

We travelled to Laval from Ireland for a very short visit...
We travelled to Laval from Ireland for a very short visit for a friend's wedding in a nearby vineyard. We had a day to ourselves and went into the Old Port in the afternoon. We used bus and metro to get there. Not speaking French was a disadvantage but staff at the Metro helped us choose the right tickets for our travel.

Both Laval and Mtl are great cities to visit, when you have great, beautiful friends who live and work there. When i visit we love going out to excellent night-time restaurants around the Centropolis-Laval and to go shopping together around both Carrefour Laval and nearby Mtl. The Mtl. francais and italien communities are very warm and friendly people.

Easy to get around- not all clogged up like Montreal.
Easy to get around- not all clogged up like Montreal. Easy to just hop in to downtown Montreal and then get back out to some peaceful sleep. Cinema’s great (my daughter and her cousins love it), just like the other attractions. Laval is modern and easy to get around.
Appreciate having private floors for non-group patrons. All staff very friendly. Our room was very clean. What we used of the facilities was nice, in house restaurant was actually fairly priced and good quality. Appreciate the availability of bathrooms in the lobby. The physical location of the hotel is a bit awkward, but is within walking distance of no shortage of places to eat and shop. Laval/Montreal transit made getting around super easy, without having to deal with the headache of driving in heavy traffic or finding parking.
My room was not the same as shown in the pictures. Pictures showed that the room is pretty, the bathroom seems luxurious. However, in reality the room was small. I was a single woman travelling first time in Canada and the room's extra safety lock (dead bolt) was not working. Unfortunately, I have compromised my safety because I had no time and was super tired of booking another hotel at 11:30 PM. I am concerned about the safety of travellers till date.
It has everything we need for one night family stay. It is clean, nice looking, and comfortable. The local traffic is not as busy as Montreal which is great and yet is close to Montreal and convenient for transitioning to Quebec City. Nice breakfast included in the room rate is a big plus!
We booked this hotel for a second time in the last few years. The reason for This trip was because we had tickets to illumi so loved that it was so close to it. Also were very pleased tbat the pool closes at 11pm gave us plenty of time to enjoy it even after the illumi tour.
The choices for breakfast were good and the room was simple. The bed was comfortable and they allowed pets which was very convenient for us and our 30 pound dog. The location is right off the highway in Laval, so super easy to get downtown or anywhere else you want to go.
Well located, clean, many accommodations (breakfast, indoor pool), near grocery store, pharmacy and fast-food restaurants, within 10 minutes’ drive from major shopping center (Carrefour Laval). Staff is courteous, attentive and helpful.
Accomodation was very comfortable and clean. Starbucks coffee in the rooms. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna section clean and well maintained. Hotel location very close to the carefour mall, illumi, and many restaurants.
We had a motel room which is at inner corner for two nights whilst visiting Montreal in late July-early August 2021. It is okay to us. We had our privacy. The front desk staff and cleaning staffs are nice.
