Wow! The suite is amazing! Lots of room, super clean, location between Toronto and Niagara Falls was perfect for our weekend getaway. Hosts were super nice and accommodating. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I attended my high school reunion and the stay was excellent, with the exception of the hotel room, which was advertised as Quality Inn, but more like a Super 8. Reunited with lots of friends in my hometown which made it a worthwhile trip, for sure.

I grew up in this town (now a city) and much has changed. A little too urbanized for my tastes: too much development along the Lake Ontario shoreline. That being said, I enjoyed my visit to nearby Fifty Point Conservation Area; great picnic facilities, walking trails and a beach.
toilet flush handle wasn’t working. TV remote did not work. Front desk kept saying maintenance person left for the night, no other room available to transfer me. The front desk attendance came to my room to try to fix the TV - I appreciate her effort. But the point is A fully occupied hotel with 2024-eclipse viewer guests from all over Canada and US, but no maintenance person to trouble shoot - this is incompetence. The front desk attendant in the morning, Helen, I think couldn’t care less about this.
It was our anniversary,and we decided to visit the Falls,but I didn't want to get hosed by the big Hotels,by being charged all the extras plus the base rate for the room so,Booking .com got us exactly what I was looking for in price and excellent accommodation.
A/C TV,WiFi,pool,restaurant, free parking. Only 35 mins . from the falls.And theirs a Timmys drive thru 100 yards away. Or A/W on the other side of the QEW. Food was fantastic. Thank you booking .com and Casablanca.
We booked into this hotel the same night as our Driver was falling asleep. We were thrilled with
1. the availability of a room on such short notice
2. close proximity to a few eateries
3. a fridge in the room (the hotel the night before was MORE expensive and had NO fridge)
4. the ease/proximity to the highway (QEW)
5. the staff - they were pleasant & professional; very good customer service!!
The hotel was easy to find and there are adequate spaces to park the car. I appreciated the refrigerator and coffee maker, a decent TV, the key card worked every time, the lights all worked, the a/c worked and it was quiet, lots of space for my clothes and toiletries, the room was generally clean. Travelled a lot lately, so I no longer take these little things for granted.
Location is why we booked. You have a great spot... need to upgrade space to match the new build around you.

Location. Staff not friendly, food terrible not even a muffin in bag, said they ran out. Pool not open. They need a whole new overhaul and new staff. We stay alot at hotels but this was the worst.
easily accessible to QEW with lots of food options near by. was quiet for being right on the highway. the room was nice. one of the better beds I’ve had at a hotel surprisingly.
Hotel was spotless cleans, staff were so lovely and the bed was mega comfy! Great location with beautiful lake just a 2 minute walk away and plenty of places to eat near by.

The room, view, and hotel were beautiful. The bed was comfortable, room clean, and the water was hot for my spa bath. I would definitely stay at The Casablanca again.
