Excellent location, Cameron the real deal, friendly, helpfull. Beautiful clean room, felt like a cabin as apposed to a motel room. Everything so close you can walk to get what you need. Loved Anne of Green Gable only few minutes away. BBQ on deck and so relaxing. I would recommend to anyone. You cannot go wrong and can explore so much of island from this beautiful location along with a 10 out of 10 accommodations. Enjoy PEI, we sure did and mainly because we stayed at this location.
Cavendish Bosom Buddies Cottage Resort has an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a playground for kids. The self-catered accommodation looks out onto the ocean and offers a fully equipped kitchen.

Overall I liked how the cottage was fairly priced compared to Air B&B locations or hotels. I would absolutely return back to stay again! Anything you need to have a comfortable stay is there for you to use. The location was perfect for us and there are so many things to see and do in that area!

The tourist shops & mini-golf type attractions aside, this is a community rich in history. Check out the Green Gables Heritage Place and take the time to walk the trails and read the museums signs. The Cavendish Beach and National Park offers a wonderful drive along the shoreline. After a day of sight seeing we enjoyed picking up a bottle of local wine and watching the sunrise from the porch of the inn we stayed at.

Gorgeous beach with a mix of white sand and beautiful views of red cliffs. The area includes the Anne of Green Gables Heritage site and the Arglye Park - both can be visited in a day trip. Cavendish beach and surrounding area is definitely worth a visit for a day or 2!

Lots of family fun attractions! We always find something new to do while visiting PEI, but also make a point of visiting our favorite attractions such as the Haunted Mansion in Kensington and the Boardwalk and Sandspit in Cavendish

Everything is very expensive, especially food, no fast food restaurants at all (a McDonald's would of been nice) ended up paying $80 for a very basic pub meal (no drinks) for two adults and one kid.
For a family of three each difference experience was about $100 ( the amusement parks, tourists attractions and such)
Lots to do if you have the money.

The shower stall was a show stopper.
The shower stall was a show stopper. Waaay too small..no place for toiletries..not enough outlets.tv outdated. Couch from the 80s. Needed more outlets or a surge protectors outlet strips. Bed was very comfortable. Colors of kitchen bathroom nice. Place was clean and the kitchen. Was quaint and nice. Mount a modest flat screen on the wall and put a futon w removable, washable covers. The pictures online showed well trimmed grounds and painted cute cottages. When we got there..the grounds were over grown and every building needed painting!!! Yikes. Young woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We decided to leave after one night as we were too stressed put looking at all the work that needed to be done around the place and shower stall was too challenging to maneuver!!! Probably never get our money back for the 3 days of our reservation I paid for in advance and did not use.

There was a lot to do around this area - especially if you arrived a week or two earlier AND if there hadn’t been a hurricane bearing down on the region!
By September 20 a lot of restaurants and businesses are closed for the season - but then again the Provincial Parks are no longer charging fees! (And with “the warmest ocean waters north of the Carolinas”, my husband even swam in the sea at Sally’s Beach!)
A hurricane of historic proportions (Fiona) was aimed at PEI/maritime Canada, so we had two and a half days of okay weather, during which local folks were preparing for the storm. It was lovely, but as we fled to the Confederation Bridge and mainland ahead of predicted devastation we agreed out hadn’t REALLY been a fair chance to evaluate Prince Edward Island.
Cottage was very well equipped. Nothing missing. Daily towel exchange when needed. Great service, staff very friendly. Great central location in PEI. Close to Anne of Green Gables Heritage site, and restaurants. Laundry facilities very clean. Every unit has a BBQ and fire pit. There's a heated pool, game room and kids playground equipment. Very friendly community.
It’s difficult to find a single room in Cavendish, but people like me traveling by themselves who needs a comfortable small bed, warm bath(they have a bathtub too!), and of course good location for visiting L.M.Montgomery places. This is the place. Also the Inn has a history of related to a character, Mrs. Rachael Lynde that makes me fun too.
Great playground for the children directly in front of us. Keeps the children busy! Great setup to be friendly with the neighboors (met a LOT of nice people!) Close to the beach, bike lane and many other points of interest in Cavendish. Next to everything! The cottage was bigger then i expected, given the price and 3 stars.
We had a lovely time! Very well located. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and boardwalk. We rented bikes at the nearby gaz station and did a beautiful ride along the shore. The room was spacious, clean, nice view of the ocean and very welcoming host at the main office.
I would definitely come back there.
Communication with the owners was very straightforward and easy. The cottage was very clean and had all the essentials. The site was very quiet at night. Although the location was somewhat isolated, it was easy to find and only a short drive to North Rustico and Cavendish.
Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. Amazing location close to the boardwalk and cavendish beach. Very clean room, very comfy beds. We also tried the food on the patio and it was excellent ( dont miss the fish taco burrito)
Very cozy and quaint! Doris is lovely and friendly!! It's really nice that she had an Anne hat for my grandmother to model! Great fun! Perfect location for visiting Cavendish Beach and the Green Gables Historic sites.
It was super clean & comfy , and location was perfect .you cannot expect anything more with that value .I would highly recommend if someone’s looking to book a stay at Cavendish.
This property has many cottages in a quiet setting near highway and beach. Great cottage with lots of space. We enjoyed the quiet setting and staff was very helpful.
That it was close to Anna green gables and the Cavendish beach. And that it was very accommodating. To the fact that we were last minute booking and arriving late.
A super location close to the Anne of Green Gables Heritage Centre and Cavendish Beach. Very helpful staff, excellent wi fi in our cottage and fresh towels daily.
Amazing location. Friendly owners. Cavendish and other small towns were close and it was just outside of the tourist location to feel relaxing and accessible.
