Location was very good for our trip.
Breakfast was good a few jams or even butter would have been nice, possibly some fresh orange juice.
Friendly staff, very nice young ladies.

The cleaning of my room & the towels were hard & they had not informed me no cleaning staff on my stay even though I booked a month ahead. I loved the beds very comfortable, the front desk staff were amazing. Love the location & that there were so many fine dinning restaurants in Burlington & shopping was great. The waterfront & lights downtown & shops we loved. It was a great time of year to visit & would come again to Burlington other times of the year.

Only booked for one night and was pleased with the location, and the room had a great view, but was disappointed with laundry services. Maybe people do not use the way I do but coming off the road, feeling tired and dirty, it is lovely to get clean and get your clothes cleaned, especially if you are an out of town guest. There were a few out of towners as we all tended to park together, From Quebec, Michigan and myself from New Brunswick.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night!
Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night! Beds and rooms very comfortable. Refrigerator in the room was helpful and worked well. The room temperature was also very comfortable and our view was lovely over the water. I didn’t realize that there was an extra parking/day fee charged— so be aware of that if you’re driving.

I love Burlington for its walkability and excellent restaurants. I enjoy the waterfront trail, which is accessible to the public. The city has an open and welcoming appeal now. I hope it doesn't come to a forest of highrise towers where only developers choose who has access to the waterfront,

Close the QEW & 403, IKEA, COSTCO & Burlington Go.
Close the QEW & 403, IKEA, COSTCO & Burlington Go. We were picking our son up at the Go Train station and decided to book a night away before he came in. Since we were only there for one night, we didn't do a lot but are well aware of many things to do in the area. Close to trails and water but also great shopping.
I loved that they had small mini fridge and microwave and place to put coats and clothes etc.also bathroom was clean and modern beautiful. Bed was super comfy. Also the tv was perfect it had roku streaming etc and most importantly what I appreciated was the smart view casting not alot of hotels motels have new TVs in them with the screen casting ability so that sure was perfect for me.
I'm usually not a fan of motels, but this one was great! Front desk was friendly and helpful, he gave us a travel map and lots of tips what to do. Room was very clean, updated and comfortable, I‘d say it’s better than some hotels. I highly recommended City View Inn.
As a mother I liked the fact that there’s a kitchen plus the location is close to my loved one. The management and team are amazing. They do their job well. It’s easy to get around. Peace and quiet are possible at Homewood suites Burlington.
The breakfast was great! And the dinner was fabulous! I had the steak and portobello mushroom meatloaf with potatoes and veggies.....excellent! The pool and gym rooms were also a great bonus. We used those areas often. Great hotel overall.
Clear check-in instructions. House is a Burlington heritage with design and atmosphere perfectly capturing history of the place. Lots of renovations performed recently inside the place. Fireplace is looking cozy and heats the whole place.
Staff was very friendly and the location is right off the highway in the perfect place, close to Burlington and a 10 minute drive to downtown Hamilton. The rooms where cozy and comfortable. Very good price point for what is offered.
The hotel was super clean and the beds are super comfy. It’s located about an 8 minute drive to downtown Burlington and the waterfront. It’s also dog friendly. Definitely will return!
The room was in such disrepair with broken bathroom window etc that we left to another hotel. The bed is dated, squeaking and terrible uncomfortable. The staff member was very nice.
