The initial atmosphere and ambiance was welcoming and beautiful. We were greeted by Dorell at the front desk and he was incredibly helpful and kind. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The dining/bar and pool area was perfect. Our room was clean and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the flower petals left on our bed. Room service daily was great! Staff was accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Food and drinks were great. I recommend the Mexican cocktail, its delicious. Hotel offers complimentary paddle boards and kayaks. We used to Kayaks and it was amazing. This hotel offers the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury.

We loved our cabana on the water, the pool, and the convenience store on site. Very good prices for everything and we chose to utilize their on site golf cart rental company and airport transfer service for a small fee. Very glad we did that and had no stress getting to/from airport or worrying about golf cart hiccups, since the company was right there with us if we needed anything! Concierge was extremely helpful when we had flight issues and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and fun to talk to all week- great conversation with EVERYONE on site. OH the massages on site were AWESOME, TOO! That was great having on site-

We got the apartment at the most oceanfront. The ocean view is smashing. The apartment is very spacious. It is very convenient with walking distance to the town, many restaurants, and also to the airport. The only downside was one day after a long day of snorkeling, we came back to the apartment and found only trickle water from the water faucets. However the problem was fixed within an hour after I texted the management via whatsapp.

San Pedro is a great spot in Belize for people who want the beauty of the ocean as well as the convenience of great restaurants and bars nearby. The locals are GREAT. We made friends everywhere we went. I highly recommend snorkeling or diving. The reef is beautiful and we saw many cool sea creatures. Rent a golf cart and cruise around! It's the best way to see everything!

San Pedro was excellent! Make sure you rent a golf cart so you can get out and tour the island and great food as well. The hotel food is excellent but mixed it up. Go to other islands and get the whole experienced as well. August was a slow season so we got plenty attention from staff, pools and beach not crowded, and it was just relaxing 😎 I could live in San Pedro! The locals were another favorite for me. They were so friendly and helping. We could definitely live here!

The restaurants are great. Needed more time to explore up North since we stayed down south. Had 10 family members and rented private Catamaran for snorkeling trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve, Shark Alley & stop at Caulker Caye. Had fabulous family fun day!

San Pedro has the friendliest people. They are a English speaking country which is nice if you don't speak Spanish. We always rent golf carts to get around the island. Lots of nice restaurants. Try the Purple Pelican, is wonderful. PUR is another great restaurant.
At North end of Ambergrist Caye you'll love Secret Beach! Food and drinks available. Picnic tables in in the water that cools you off. They serve food and drinks to your table.
Roads are rough but they are starting to pave them all the way out.

Vibrant island with lots to do and great options of restaurants. Friendly people and great beaches. Secret beach is my favorite beach and my favorite bar is Crocs Sunset Bar and best tour company is Belize ProDive Center … had a great time with them.

The golf cart fumes were just maddening and the dust in your face as a result.
Finding a patch of sand beach vibes also required going 30-45 minutes away from where I was but it was worth it.
And eat at the Delis.....all the best food I had was there. Every recommendation of a nicer restaurant which only meant aesthetic is was nicer and the food was more.expensive, all those places the food was lackluster.
Everyone should go to the Iguana sanctuary and support!
San Pablo Villas is a very nice Hotel, very clean, great facilities, very comfortable. You have everything you need, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, fan and airconditioner in every room. The terras is perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing in the hammock. You even get a parking space. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Pedro :)

The jungle feel of the grounds was a nice touch and allowed calm from the chaos of San Pedro. The rooms were comfortable and all of the staff were great.
