I requested additional coffee and milk for the room which I received. We had a problem with the air conditioner which the technician resolved. The location is in a new area of Gaborone which is clean with some restaurants in walking distance.

Room50two more than exceeded my expectations if there's such. The staff was incredibly pleasant and professional, they assisted me with getting cabs to the Forbes summit activities and other info.
The hotel itself is truly great value for money, beautifully kept with great facilities.
