Good attention and transfer to and from the Airport, The buffet for dinner was poor and low quality , staff was helpfull, room confortable, electrics and plugs not so good many of them didnt work or were visibly broken. Some of the staff need English language skills.

It's good if it's only for one night.
It's good if it's only for one night. They do have a restaurant but it is expensive. The shuttle service is handy. I didn't like that they used a cleaning product that smelled like a cheap product and was way too strong.

Lovely breakfast, good gym room, and great good size beds to rest after a long plane trip.
A bit further away from the airport - around 15kms, so try to get hotel airport shuttle bus to save on taxi trip.
English speaking staff, very clean rooms.
Would stay there again. My 2nd stay in few years.

Everything thing was fine apart from the directions.....there is one sign saying hotel after immigration at terminal 3 but nothing before that....if you have to collect luggage and return to the terminal there is no guidance in sufficient information on the website. Very bad to be honest...nothing in the terminal before check in either.

We ended up at the airport hotel because our flight back to US was cancelled. Was a pleasant accident as the hotel was excellent and we were able to then book a tour of Sao Paulo that we otherwise would not have done. Only there one night so did not explore Guarulhos proper.
So nice to just get off the plane, walk a few gates over, and check in. The room was perfect for a layover, very quiet, very convenient, and they even had a buffet dinner out. Staff were great, clean rooms, and the option to never leave the gate area for an international connection was awesome! Just be VERY sure your luggage is checked all the way through to your final destination, or you cannot use the hotel. We flew from JNB on Latam, and even though our cxn was more than 12 hours, they checked the luggage through to Argentina.
Nested in the heart of Guarulhos, this location is a source of care and love.
The 5 star service starts with Gerson at the front desk making the check ins.
If you are lucky meet Ms. Claudia, also form the Staff, you could have a wonderful conversation about all subjects in life.

I had a 10 hour wait for my next Flight, I picked Panamby Guarulhos hotel because of it's Location 15 Mins for the Airport
The hotel has lovely Gardens font and back, Birds of Paridise everywhere, there is also a nice Pool in the back garden,
The File Steak Sandwich and a cold beer by the pool.
and a Shuttle Bus back to the Airport....Perfect
The room was great & so was the hotel. Very clean and tidy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The food at the restaurant was really good as well. The gym was nice. The shuttles to the airport are also really good. Would recommend staying here.
Breakfast was good. Hotels reception lobby and staff are very good. The wooden floor in the rooms is a great idea which contributes to the cleanliness. However, a lot of work needs to be done in upgrading the standard of the rooms, bedding and bathrooms.
Absolutely everything was excellent. The staff, the restaurant, the room, the playground, the green area around the hotel, the indoors playground. It's a 10/10 from the moment you walk in until you leave the place.
