The last time I was at this hotel I stayed in an amazing room, we expected the same experience, but unfortunately this time we stayed in a very bad room on the 5th floor, very disappointing, we tried to change rooms as the room smells bad and there is a broken floor in the bathroom the air conditioning was moldy, the furniture was very old and looked worn out, in the end we tried to upgrade but were unable to do so because the hotel was very crowded

Great city if you have a car and can move to different spots. Great for work travel, convention, etc. Not a very turistic city but there are lot of different places to visit around the city. Try Joaquim Egydio, beautiful smal historic city.

I stayed in Campinas for 2.5 weeks.
I stayed in Campinas for 2.5 weeks. The first 2 we were in Cambui which is a lovely area in Campinas. It is safe and has lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The last few days we stayed in Barao Geraldo which is the area around Unicamp. This too is a nice area with shops, restaurants and bars. We rented a car which made it easy to get around. People in Campinas are very friendly. Most people do not speak English but they will bend over backwards to help you out.
Just less five minutes walk to arrival/ departure both international and domestic. Excellent service and good value for your money. The hotel is in the airport so if you have connecting flight this is the place to stay. Various restaurants and Cafe around the area so you don’t even have to go outside the airport . The room is just to sleep and take shower so don’t expect luxury. And they have free breakfast in the morning. You don’t have to be in hurry because you’re already in the airport.

I booked a room in this hotel for one night because I had another flight in the morning. It was convenient as the hotel is in the airport. Check-in was fast and the breakfast was great. The bed was comfy and the wifi was working perfectly. The room is tiny without window, but I did not mind as I booked this room to rest before taking my next flight.
The hotel location is really good with easy access. The parking is just average, with part of the parking not completely covered. The checkin process was fast and direct to the point. The fact that there was a fridge with water and some other food for sale on the front desk is good and makes it simpler for the guests.

The hotel pictures on booking.com or the hotel website really do not make it justice. The property is fairly new and very well maintained!
The staff was supportive and help me with the last-minute request, due to a medical situation. But everything is charged and notices about the penalties and costs are everywhere, it appears the hotel must make the guest aware of minimal costs required to pay. This is very intimidating and unnecessary.

The hotel and staffs are very nice, the rooms are VERY CLEAN and comfortable! Exactly the same as the pictures showed during reservations, so I'm really happy that they are exactly the way they are because that's the main reason I chose this hotel :)
