All I can say in 2 words is NEVER AGAIN. Security guards are a complete disaster. It’s like getting booked into a prison. They treat everyone entering like criminals and there’s no organized screening. Horrible experience with security from top to bottom.
No air conditioning in the living room which if you know anything about Brazil makes for miserable conditions. No lighting anywhere near the grill area so you better do your grilling before dark. Limited pots and pans in the kitchen. Not anywhere near worth what their charging people or what is being advertised. NEVER AGAIN…
The apartment is very cozy and located close to Porto das Dunas Beach. There is also a new supermarket very close by. The residential condominium has an excellent infrastructure. I traveled with my 2-year-old son and I felt the place was very safe in terms of security in the condominium, and protection in the apartment, such as the protection of the outlet and screen on the balcony. The hostess is very attentive and careful. We kept in touch before, during and after my stay. Always very available to answer my questions and requests.
We ended up staying at wellness, which I would think is more or less the same as the suites. Everything there was great! The staff was nice, the room was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The food was delicious! Every meal in the buffet was really well cooked. The dessert buffet is a reason enough to visit, it’s beyond delicious. There are plenty of pools and things to do for the whole family with close access to the beach and the beach park. We’ll definitely be back!
The easy access to the beautiful beach, the pool, beautiful hotel. The Beachpark and buggy ride were super fun. Hotel staff were unhelpful and arrogant. I had to deal with two drunks one the night. Security did nothing. I was treated like a criminal for taking coffee outside. The next restaurant is 30 min walk on a dirt road. Hotel food very pricey. Saw women and kids not getting dinner. I speak good Portuguese.
Excellent size for a family, clean, well furnished, well equipped, with working AC... The host is kind, easy to reach and was very accommodating to us. The staff at the condominium was very polite and helpful. The place felt safe and was within walking distance to the beach and to Beach Park.
The apartment was fully stocked. Comfortable bed and couch. Little vacuum cleaner to clean the floor. Good place to stay if you don't want the perfection of a four star hotel. Good value for the money but there are much cheaper places to stay in this building.
Amazing place. Perfect cleaning and the owners whom take care of the place are very nice, friendly and helpful. If you are planning to visit beach park this location is perfect. I cannot forget forget to mention the garden, nicely viewed from the balcony.
is with the beach view and the staff gave to me 3 hrs more for I can do my check in for I can take shower before go to the aeroport!! the location is good because is in front the Oceani hotel ( there have open restaurant until 10:30 pm .

The resort was very good , beach front , clean , lots of playgrounds for kids… the only negatives I have is sound isolation between units and a cumbersome community gate access : aways stressful .
The size of the hotel was very comfortable for a family that has children and doesn't want to lose them. Breakfast was fabulous and the activities for kids was really cool.
