Very good deal in town. The room was confortable, clean. It’s old, but it’s comfy. The coffee corner is perfect to get going in the morning.

There are lots of pros and cons about Haskovo and Bulgaria in general. We felt it was like coming back in last century with facilities.
We just could not put up with smoking everywhere.
There are no cash machines around and you have to pay in cash in most places.
No free drinking water facilities.
Not many lamp posts outside, roads conditions leave much to be desired and people say it is not safe to go out late when it is dark…
Not many people speak English or pretend they don’t understand and local people take advantage of you, offering double prices for taxi and other services.
Good place to play tennis but not sure we would like to come back there next time.
Irena is a reason to visit Haskovo again! The location is in the heart of town! everything you may need are in a walking distance! immediate communication was really a PLUS, as whatever was needed Irena was there! If you travel with car there is plaenty of public space around that you can park! If you travel with your family and extra ammenities are needed, Irena took care of everything!!Even toys and games were there for our kids! For sure we will visit again Haskovo and Charisma apaetment! take care till next time!!
Very, very, very poor breakfast, only one choice means a small portion of scrambled eggs with two slices of tomato and two slices of bread, and furthermore I should ask for water which was hot, also the single option, and very later arrived.
The swimming pool was empty.

The hotel is freshly renovated and it’s located in the center of the city. Also there is an allocated parking spot which is super convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The check-in process is very well organized and overall Victor is very friendly and approachable host.
Brand new hotel on excellent location. The room was luxury, spacious, equipped with only branded equipment and very clear. The staff is very polite with professional manner and helpful. The hotel’s manager makes sure that his guests do not miss anything and that they feel really special.
Close to Haskovo center a few minutes by walking, very good selection of furnitures, very good kitchen including nespresso machine with many capsules, some free snacks and water, everything in kitchen is clean and new, rooms are in good size and clean, host Vili is very helpful

The hotel is located in the city centre with shops nearby and so on. It was very clean and the staff at reception is very friendly . The rooms are specious , clean and the interior is modern. 100% will be visiting again.
Great place to spend a relaxing vacation! The inside pool and SPA is amazing! Everyone was very friendly and ready to help! The Greek restaurant that is part of the hotel is also really good. Highly recommend!

A small neat pool with a lifeguard. The room is spacious, with a living room. Good quality breakfast. Underground parking for 3 cars. The hotel is popular, all tables are occupied at breakfast.
