I really enjoyed my (overnight) stay very much! The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. Room (I have been upgraded) was spotlessly clean, very spatious and well equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was rich and tasteful. Free parking right in front of the hotel was a very nice and welcome bonus. Overall - I was absolutely satisfied and can safely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Plovdiv.

The staff were very polite and useful. There were many ants in one room, and in the bathroom there needed some repairs of broken facilities. We were walking around but there weren't any shops near the hotel. The hotel is good for taking a rest on a journey to some destination, it is very close to the highway, but I don't recommend it for a long stay.

Room was clean and very comfortable, wi-fi worked perfectly, gym is small but have everything that "gym rats" might need for training during busies trip, store and pharmacy is just next to it, breakfast was amazing everything you can think of was there, fresh and tasty and the best part was personnel who was helpful in every step of the way, when my button fell of my jacket and where my card didn't want to work. The location was perfect for our needs as it was an overnight stay prior to our flight home. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast but they did provide us with a sandwich each to takeaway. This is a beautiful place with amazing staff, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We ate in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival which we would highly recommend. The young lady on reception and the young gentleman in the restaurant were attentive but not intrusive. We would stay here again if in the area but would highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
