Stayed in these apartments before so I knew the routine regarding handing over the keys and so on. Room was totally up to expectations with a pleasant balcony to take in the Autumn sunshine.
A 20-minute walk into town and two good restaurants. I think there was a bit of movement in the bathroom tiles, judging by the flaking and hollow sounds coming from them, but nothing to detract from a superbly presented room in a very convenient location.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a king size bed and really big living room with huge sofa. There’s air conditioners but the apartment is fresh even without them because of the trees in front. It’s located in fantastic park with a lot of green grass and a lake, bowling hall and a hotel with a perfect swimming pool. There’re a lot of playgrounds for kids, chess and labyrinth.
The host support us all the time, even book a dinner for us. She had left coffee, tea and sweets for us!

The city itself is not too big but the surrounding are beautiful.
We found an amazing track (called The echo of a bell ringing) to the St. Trinity monastery which was absolutely gorgeous. Nearby there is a waterfall and an amazing view to Stara Planina (the Balkan Mountains).
For the adventure lovers, there is a horse riding arena on the outskirts of Etropole.

Etropole has a very beautiful setting with forested...
Etropole has a very beautiful setting with forested mountains all around. The drive to get there is very scenic through magnificent countryside, forests, and twisty mountain roads.
There is a T-market and a lot of other small shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The market place comes alive on a Sunday, and there is an orthodox church next to the market square. One can walk around the side streets in perfect safety to enjoy it all.
