Location, extraordinary view, exceptionally polite and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean and the chambermaid toke care of the cleanliness and supplies (towels, soap, etc.) daily. It felt like coming back to your comfortable home after a great hiking adventure. The family that owns the place was so lovely and helpful. They were available round the clock and helped us start our car after our batterie died. They made the most delicious traditional Bulgarian breakfast. The views and location was just stunning with a sunset view over the lake and the mountains. I would love to come again.
