Good value for the money. The hotel is located on a wide road (for Chepelare) with new pavement. There are a lot of free parking spaces nearby. The staff was cooperative. Our room had a medium sized balcony with mountain view. For me the beds are comfy.

Clean place. Has everything you need. The host is very friendly and will try to help you if there's something you might need.
The house was amazing! It had absolutely everything one might need for a short or long term stay. The fireplace was magical, the view from the balcony was great. The house was also very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Oh and WiFi was fast. And the house is close to an ecotrail nearby. No disadvantages at all!
Apart from that, the host left some tasty treats for us :)
We will definitely come back, this is one of the best places we've stayed in Bulgaria
Omg where do I start, Rosa on the reception was absolutely amazing, with my little Bulgarian and her little English we managed. The young lady in the gift shop was lovely. All the staff we're extremely polite. The food, plenty of choice and tasted yummy, we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. We also had a massage which was exceptional, the lady was fabulous (highly recommend). Overall great 👍 oh and plenty of parking available.
This is a lovely, comfortable apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or a longer stay in Chepelare. The hosts have gone above and beyond when furnishing, and it's the small touches (oven mitts, flower pots, candles, kitchen towels, coffee capsules) that really make the difference.
The value/price is good.
The hotel is on a very good location - in the town center, next to the Town Hall. We had a breakfast included (small but good for this price). The beds are with firm mattress. It was clean.
