Breakfast was outstanding, plenty of choice. Really good. Rooms were clean and tidy with excellent showers. The owner made a couple of modifications to the room adding in foldaway based on the requests that we sent her. She was an excellent host and booked us taxis to get us into Ypres for the Saturday evening. The self service bar was much appreciated after we got back from a night out in Ypres :-). A really top class venue, nice and relaxing.

The location is perfect.
Asking about a friend of mine who is in a wheelchair, did they have a room built for wheelchair users. I was shown a wheelchair access room straight away.

The hotel is family owned and run and that was reflected in all aspects of its super friendly service - from check in (your bags look heavy, we’ll give you a ground floor room), great advice on where to eat and what to see and a breakfast that amply catered for both a normal and a gluten free diet. The location, just off the Grote Markt, was excellent.

Central location ideal for the Great War memorials and museums. The staff were welcoming and helped us parking arrangements. The room very clean and comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast.

Just a huge thank you to the host at this perfect B&B.....
As this is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in,and the high end hotel chains, could seriously learn from this host,as attention too detail is absolutely perfect.....
The whole house is spotlessly clean, and the reviews speak for them self !!
Breakfast is a continental affair, and impressive.....
My fellow four travellers were also impressed, and our only gripe is,we wish we ould have stayed here for a week, and not just for one day.......
Loved It !!!!
