Zaventem is close to the airport - our main reason for choosing this town. It is an easy journey by train into Brussels central which I would recommend because traffic and parking is difficult.
We had a 50% weekend pass so the return trip for both of us was Euros 10.

Very clean room, in walking distance from airport (30 min), simple check-in/out, flat TV, convenient shower and kitchen corner, good for shorter stay for reasonable price. Not functioning air condition, therefore a bit warmer inside and no other way to have fresh air.

Zaventem is just the airport.
Zaventem is just the airport. For me, it was ideal that the hotel was right in front of the airport since I needed to catch a flight the next morning very early. We were also a rather large group of 7 people. Thus, we saved some good money in transportation.
If you are planning to stay just one night since you are in transit, this is a good option.

The location was very good,room was comfortable. But we had to wait for more than one hour for our dinner in the Restaurant.We had a morning flight,so we felt some difficulty as we wanted to sleep early.
But it was quite okay.
Great affordable place to stay near Brussels Airport, very convenient - only a few stops away by bus, and technically even walkable (35-40min away per Google Maps!). Instructions to get to your room are clear and emailed in advance. The room is clean and relatively spacious with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and bedroom space.
This is my go-to option for overnight layovers through BRU.
Another stay and another amazing experience with experienced, friendly and helpful stuff. Very tasty dishes in restaurant the choice not so big but very tasty. And possibility be served in your own language is good. They have very special international team and it is very nice.

Location was perfect in the city center of Zaventem, like a few kilometers from the airport or the city center of Brussels. Plenty of parking in the streets nearby where I had to park as the free parking spot at the location was already booked. Comfy bed.

Apartment is located in quiet area, no traffic but still close to train and bus station which is good connected to airport what was for me important. Easy check-in, allowed to go inside apartment before 15h what was amazing and I'm very thankful.

Location is very convenient for the airport - walkable in less than 20min and definitely closer than 3.5km! And convenient for Zaventem Village train station too, which has good links to central Brussels.
Clean and had all the basic amenities for a studio. It was a comfortable stay and the location was about 7-8 minutes from Zaventem train station. There are multiple routes to take the bus to the airport.
