Hotel is in nice wooded area, very relaxing. Excellent customer service, special recognition to Pascal and Kartijn , they were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome . Breakfast was tasty and had a fair selection to chose from. Dinners were simple but tasty. Hotel has a deal with taxi company with set pricing so we chose to take taxi to city centre when site seeing and didn’t have to worry about driving and parking . Most of the staff speaks English which was very helpful, will definitely stay there again

We stayed in a thripple room which was perfect base for our time in Bruges. It was very clean and the staff were amazing. They treated us like stars and when we slept through breakfast they made sure we didnt go hungry by supplying a bag of pastries- which was lovely. The hotel is a great location, 2 min walk and you are on the main shopping streets which lead on to the main square and sights. We loved being so close that we could walk to the train station too.

Hotel Fleur de Lys is located within a renovated castle villa and surrounded by a garden with a view of the Flemish Polders. There is a seasonal heated, outdoor swimming pool available and a sauna .

Beautifully decorated accommodation set in lovely grounds. Our host, Marco, was very helpful and informative.
Even though the restaurant was busy, the hotel rooms were quiet. Rooms were spacious warm and well presented.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was continental and I recommend you take the opportunity to dine in the restaurant. We took a short walk to the cafe for drinks and a few games of pool, this is because there is no bar in the restaurant. This is due to it being a B&B and not a hotel. Turn left as you exit the hotel, and wander down to the cafe.
