Pretty place to stay near airport. There is bus station right next to hotel and bus there can bring you to airport in 15 minutes. Big underground parking for guests. Clean and comfortable room with all needed. Breakfast is also nutricious.
After staying I think this hotel deserve a good value rating instead of pleasant. I would rate 8 based on location, cleanliness, comfortable beds. Building and inside corridors seems little dated but rooms and bed were really clean and good. Basic amenities but good location walking distance to vilvoorde station. Free parking is also a plus. Booked for 1 night to check the hotel out and than decided to extend for 2 more nights.
Got a taxi from airport to apt, apt is on 3rd floor, very quiet, no street noise, small kitchen with all appliances, hot shower.
Owner gave us a lift to a sports complex one day. Perfect for us for few days. Few restaurants locally, but they do get booked out on Fri & Sat and some closed on Sun. Train st about 1k and direct train to brussels central they go frequently. Owner is very helpful, answers phone or whatsapp .
A really great team which does everything it can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
Prices aren't too high, the location is great and public transports are easily available from the hotel.

It was closeish to the airport. I was around 4 hours early for my flight check in and thought I'd grab a hotel room that way I could grab a snooze and a shower before flying home, wow I'm glad I wasn't staying overnight.
No one was there to open the door, lights were on, tried calling multiple times but only voicemail in the I checked into a hotel nearby, had a full refund but that was not what I wanted in truth I expected a room.
Great host!! very neat and clean with enough space to sleep for 2 Adults and 2 Kids!! Also ample free parking space around the property which is very hard to get in Belgium.
The concept of a converted prison block. Very nicely done. Corridors painted in black- a bit dark if you check in at nighttime. Breakfast is excellent.
