One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Everything was perfect - we even got a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The decor is stunning in the rooms and public areas, and I loved all the candles in the lobby! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Bruges.

Everything was lovely! The hotel is well situated for exploring the city but also overlooking the canal. Room was attractive, had chairs by the window for relaxing and breakfast tasty. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here
