The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is in a great location, on a beautiful, central street. The service was very friendly and attentive - with the very kind owner/host providing a delicious, personalised breakfast each morning. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Second time in this hotel and (again) very comfortable stay. Good beds and nice shower. Nothing special but it does the job very well.

Dirk and Denis are the most incredible hosts. They even prepared extra food in the evening which was just what was needed after a long day of meetings. The surroundings, facilities and beautiful room all added to a feeling of visiting a retreat. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room was quite spacious, with comfortable, large beds, and it was very clean. Having a door to the terrace to let our dog out was especially convenient.

It is ok to visit St Niklaas for 1 day as it is small town. It is good in combination with the visit to Antwerp. There are few historical sights. The restaurants usually close at 22.00 so make sure that you go to eat on time.

Sint Niklaas is wonderful to those like us who like to walk around and discover great Art Deco houses from the 30s and find wonderful places where we can eat great food. All in short walking distance. We went to a great concert of New York band The Lucky Chops in De Casino. Unfortunately, we didn't find a record shop in the city centre. I think there is none. We recommend going to nearby Gent for this. Quite exquisite holiday if you plan to visit both cities!

Good location, we used the hotel as a stopover on our way to Holland.
Public car park is opposite so parking is easy,
The only negative is the noise levels, people leaving early/late are very audible.
Otherwise a nice hotel.

A nice small town based around the market square with plentiful bars and restaurant around it, very pleasant for wasting an afternoon away. Local train station will take you into Antwerp within half hour or so.

in itself is saint klaas and beautiful city, the big market and everything around it, but go 3 blocks away it is dirty, on the street, many dirty buildings, bit of shame, one can clean it up, nice shops and restaurants, certainly De Graanmaat is very good
The hotel is maintained in much better condition than my last couple of Ibis' in other cities. Because the hotel is just off the town square AND there is a lot of construction, we were confused about how to park to check into the hotel and then how to find the town square's subterranean parking garage. Once inside the hotel, we were pleased. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They provided fantastic advice about choosing restaurants down the street. We enjoyed our visit to Sint Niklaas.
The room we got was very large, bigger than the apartment we were staying in before passing through this hotel, maybe we got a family room, but definitely caught us off guard. The breakfast was also amazing with great egg, bacon options for a more traditional breakfast as well as having waffles, mini pancakes and so on. What is more the selection of fruit was incredible and everything seemed fresh. Even though a somewhat expensive hotel for one night, I would recommend a stay here.
The location (right next to the train station and close to the centre), the fact that the hotel is open 24/7 with your room key card, the fact that there was a bath instead of a shower, and the wifi was decent. The staff was also very friendly. Two pillows for the bed, curtains thick enough to hide the lights from the street. I was also pleasantly surprised that the trains weren't that loud, like yeah you can hear them but not to the point of baring you from sleeping.
Super luxurious and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings and lovely hosts in Dirk and Denis. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and regretted that I had already booked my onwards journey and accommodation otherwise I would have preferred to stay 1 more night with Dirk and Denis, rather than go to my next hotel. The Breakfast provided great choice. The home pressed apple juice from the orchard was delicious.
Very nice and a bit more luxurious atmosphere. The size of the room and bathroom was great. It was very clean and comfortable.
The staff at the reception was also very welcoming and friendly.
We were sad the hotel wasn't available for our whole stay in Belgium. I can imagine staying at this hotel again. :)
+ There were a lot of parking possibilities for free.
Very polite and responsive customer service. I booked late about midnight and got quick reaction and pleasant service. Arrived 15mins later at the hotel and all was good and ready. A bit noisy area because of trains but the room was clean and warm. Thank you Hotel New Flanders Team! You did great job
a well hidden gem, being away while still nearby Sint Niklaas. Very welcoming, spacious, comfortable room. Nice breakfast - all home made products.
Hot tub availability.
Extremely dedicated hosts with a clear mission
Very very clean, pleasant host, top breakfast and a very nice room with minibar and coffee/tea.
Bathroom with large shower without obstacles.
A rather small hotel (7 rooms) but with all privacy.
I was in Sint-Niklaas for a personal event, and the Serwir was closest. As it was not too expensive, I was worried. But the hotel turned out to be fine. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Good hotel. It had a fridge and air conditioning, both are rare when traveling in Europe. A solid mattress, not 2.put together. Overall a nice hotel. Good for a 1 night stay when traveling.
This is a very nice hotel, and it's obvious the owner takes a lot of care of it. Very comfortable and well decorated rooms, kind and friendly staff, and a very good breakfast.
