Absolutely loved our stay although it was only 1 night. Self service check in available and used which was easy and accessible in English. Staff were on hand to help if required. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Free coffee available. Comfortable rooms and bed. Spacious bathroom, clean and in good working order. The hotel was in a great location nearby the centre.

The location is good. Near shopping mall, cafes. restaurant etc. Walking distance to the main attraction places. The room is big enough for the 3 of us.

Room was stinking with some horrible smell &there was not enough tea or coffee in the tray. In bathroom there was no hand soap. I reported to the receptionist he gave another room but that was not done looked like someone was there as the bed was not done(clean) properly so I had to return the key and stay in the same room.
the cost we wanted a no frills hotel that wouldn't break the bank for just the one night that we were going be there and this room was great in that it was walkable to the train station.
