Clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. We arrived late in the evening after a difficult journey in torrential rain. The staff checked that the restaurant would still serve even although it was late. Very pleasant meal.

The house is just fantastic! Very tasteful and good quality design, beautiful old sculptures and artwork, it is beautiful and very well equipped (especially the kitchen! nothing is missing). The rooms are comfortable. Also in the summer heat the house is pleasantly cool. We enjoyed the terrace. It is located on historic abbaye grounds, so the surroundings are exceptional. We really enjoyed the restaurant, kids loved the farm animals and the gardens and the overall feel of the place is jūst superb.

The hotel was in beautiful surroundings, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, fresh orange juice and freshly cooked scrambled eggs. The staff were friendly and gave us a lift to the bus stop at the end of our stay.
