Location near the main road was great, and it was easy to find. The staff were fabulous, and the room was idyllic. They offer a continental breakfast and the option of cooked eggs and bacon, which was nice. Having a kettle in the room was also a welcome treat.
The main house is being rebuilt, and it's so beautiful.

Fabulous find. Jonathan our host was welcoming and accommodating. Offered breakfast at at time to suit. Each room is beautifully decorated in its own unique style. We chose the Victorian room which was immaculately clean and comfortable with an enormous bed. Jacuzzi was great after a long drive. Robes and slippers provided. Adjustable air conditioning and Netflix provided at no extra cost.

Located close to shops and river in an attractive town. Apartment was very well appointed and had everything we needed and more, including water, juice and tea, coffee.
The host, Stephanie was very welcoming and was at hand to help whenever needed. The offers to deliver breakfast for us was not needed as the bakery was so close (tokens provided by the host), but was a great touch. She also advised and supported us with accessing parking tickets when we were away for the day, leaving the car behind.
There is a fully comprehensive booklet explaining how all the appliances work, where to park, etc. All has been considered to make your stay easy.

The garden apartment was lovely with access to the large garden, and all the outside seating. The living space was very big and we enjoyed out croissants from the patisserie up the road. Lovely house. Thank you for the little presents in the fridge!
Wonderful views from the room, terrace and private balcony. The in-house brasserie was exceptional. We didn't expect such a high quality, tasty meal. There are a few other nice places to eat very near the hotel too.
The room cleanliness was to a very high standard and the room was quite well equipped.
The immediate area is a gift for keen walkers. People in general around this area are very friendly. Tournai is a very interesting, historical city, well worth a visit.
We booked 2 rooms, one recently renovated, and both nice and clean with the great panoramic view. kids enjoyed the panoramic tower of the hotel and obviously the parc! Staff was super helpful and friendly.
