we enjoy walking in the country side and did not find a network of paths around there. Went to Lesse valley instead (20 KM further.
We enjoyed our tour in Celles-Veves castle.and Mariemont Domain and museum on our way.

The surroundings, the staff, the stylish comfortable rooms and the experience were excellent.
Our only complaint was we had booked a triple room with a single bed for 2 nights which turned out to be a camp bed meaning we had to pay extra for an additional double room (at a concessional rate) which was more than we had budgeted.
