Maasmechelen is an excellent place to stay to visit the area...
Maasmechelen is an excellent place to stay to visit the area where Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany meet. Recommend traveling by car. Maasmechelen is close to roads going to Maastricht, Aachen and Antwerp. Restaurants, supermarkets and the Maasmechelen Village Mall are nearby. Maasmechelen is also next to the Hoge Kempen National Park.
The place is really fantastic (comfortable, spacious, cosy, beautifully designed, super clean and not that expensive for what you get).
When I asked the kind hoste what it would take to get a fifth star for this 4 star B&B, she informed me that 4 stars is the maximum for B&Bs (unlike hotels that go to 5 stars) ... and honestly that reassured me because I don't know how the place could have made my stay any better!
I really recommend this place and thank you Sara for your warm hospitality.
The property is exactly as described on Booking.com. Excellent well-equipped kitchen, large bedroom and comfortable areas to sit and relax. The property is very well maintained inside and out. The elaborate landscaping is a bonus. The location is a very quiet area in Maasmechelen, with easy access to the main highways going towards Maastricht, Aachen and Antwerp.
Very spacious, Marielle is a very helpful host, 2 big rooms with double beds and extra foldable beds, kitchen completely equipped, nice couches and good internet, as well as excellent shower. I appreciated the linen and towels included in the fee. Well located, close to Terhills entry to National Park, Outlet village and kayak.
The rooms are spacious and calm as it is located in a very quiet environment. Also the bathroom was perfect. Friendly staff (like always in Limburg!) and beautiful area for walks; outlet village Maasmechelen is very nearby.
Ideal for a family reunion to spend a weekend.

Location of the hotel is excellent, just near the main street of the town and not far from the outlet center.
On the ground floor is a local popular restaurant with excellent food and drinks
Breakfast was served and absolutely as we expected.
The breakfast is very good and the service excellent. It was the second time we stayed at the hotel and it was as good as the first time. There is also a very nice italian resturant in the hotel.
The friendlyness of the staff, the nice breakfast, the nice rooms that were clean with good beds and curtains. The combination of mill and hotel was a nice surprise
Super de luxe hotel with cosy rooms and in a great location near The National Park and Maasmechelen village. They have a great brasserie but reservation is needed.
Friendly employees. Good room and bathroom. Nice shower. Space to put your clothes. Good breakfast. Salty and sweet. Lot of choice. Restaurant close to it.
