The design of the room & lighting in the wardrobe is very functional.

It was a bit tatty but clean. Staff weren't available as they said check out was online. We arranged for a 12pm departure on line but when we arrived at 11.45 to get our luggage from our rooms. There was no one there and we couldn't access the room or lift. We tried to phone them and no one answered or come down for 20 minutes when we finally got through.
