The staff were on duty on my arrival and were available to greet me, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was both a bath with shower and separate shower room.
The bed was comfortable.
The hotel provided breakfast including in the cost of the room. There was a good selection and it was very tasty.
The hotel has a restaurant called ‘The Melting Pot’ which has a Mexican theme, both Mexican and traditional Belgium dishes are available. It is necessary to book in advance, although they did allow my late booking on the night of arrival, which was welcome after I had just completed a long day of travelling to get there. My meal was excellent.
The hotel is located in a one way street which connects with the town square. If you are driving you have to go into the square first and enter the street from that end.
There is plenty of parking outside the hotel on the street and normally the hotel has its own car park for guests. Whilst I was there the car park was being renovated.
This Wasn’t a problem and I found parking on the street easily enough.

The location is excellent, in a small, quiet village, with plenty of places to visit nearby besides local walks./running routes. The nearby European Space Centre was an excellent day out for the whole group (10), as were the trips to La Roche-en-Ardennes and into Luxemburg. There were several good places to swim, which pleased everyone. The host kindly allowed another family (4) to visit for one night in their camper van. Inside the house there was a playroom for small children (with a slide and swings outside in the large garden), and a pool table in a different room for the teenagers - perfect!
