our room needed a very minor adjustment when arriving, and despite check in was done quite late, they have been very reactive, professional and did ALL they could have to support our request. It's been a long time I had see such dedication to please customers, it was very very much appreciated.
when you integrate the fact the personnel just had a very long and busy day/evening with other customers, they definitively went beyond their core duties for us, and for that, we are very thankful for the service, bedroom and amenities we were able to enjoy during our stay.

hotel directly on the motorway and few cross roads - so when you want to go for a walk after long jouney in the car - no chance + big noise from the morotway. Everything was great. The hotel is modern and clean, the bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast varied and sufficient.
It is also a relatively short drive to Brugge and Kourtrijk.
There is also a heated pool and a fitness center, both of which I did not have the opportunity to try.
