We like our stay it was really nice ,located in a cul de sac and very close to everything you need.

We've been in the summer and winter as we have family living here. Beaches are fabulous in the summer & winter months, so much to do, always seems to be something going on somewhere along the coast, Christmas is fantastic, bike rentals are a must.

De Haan was lovely. It seems to be an upmarket seaside town. I imagine it would look amazing in the summer, although with the Christmas lights it was magical at this time of year. Not many options for restaurants and most were very expensive. There was a lovely pop-up bar (basically an alpine-style wooden hut) which was rammed full every night with affordable beers and great atmosphere.

Lovely beach, really wide and long. Great supermarket (Delhaize) for self catering. Easy transport along the coast using the tram. Nice little town and the only one with low rise buildings behind the beach unlike the rest of the Belgian coast which has high rise apartments.

Very pretty and clean., tasteful resort. All low rise buildings. Great that the tram runs the length of the Belgian coast line. Lots of opportunities for cycling, walking. Restaurant, fish options great.very hospitable friendly staff with multi languages.
Cocktail bar Rogers was very good. All the restaurants were busy and full!

Most recommended "Sea Bath" at the Belgian Channel Coast! No High-Rising, Ugly Hotel Castles. The City of De Haan has - mostly - maintained a wonderful "historic look" of the Beach Front and the whole town, in contrast to the other villages, North and South! :-)

Small town at the seaside. Nice beach. Restaurants, shops etc. Ideal for people and families who prefer a smaller more quiet place. Someone looking for a more vivid atmosphere may prefer Knokke or Ostende.
The hotel is perfectly located close to the tram stop and all major attractions of De Haan. The beach is close. The owners are very attentive, nice and helpful. Breakfasts that they serve are really exceptional. The hotel is clean and "no children nor pets" policy adds to the peacefulness of this place. Elegant coffee machine is in the room. On the rainy days you may take one of the hotel's umbrellas or relax in a cosy saloon downstairs (you may use the honesty bar there). Very clean place. Beds are huge.
Wonderful vacation house perfect situated at de Haan, at walking distance from the sea and next to the wood, ideal for beautiful walks and bike tours.
We had a fantastic one week stay in the magnificent decorated house with the authentic details.
The house is very well equipped and had really everything to pass your holiday.
The sunny garden, terrace and quietness let us really enjoy! I certainly recommend and we will definitely come back!

Beautifully decorated, high spec, great facilities, stunning room. The hospitality extended by Wim and family was amazing. I read the reviews of the breakfast but nothing prepares you for the locally sourced gourmet feast that awaits each morning! There are fantastic restaurants nearby and De Haan itself is a really lovely place to go on holiday to. So many great cities and towns within a short driving distance. B&B d’oude brouwerij is a gem of a place and is faultless. You need to visit!!
Room was a bit dated as was the bathroom but for the price and location it was a good deal.
Nice and quiet, our room was at the back/side of the building and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was ok, enough to fill a hole but not to the same grand standard we'd experianced
in Germany and Switzerland but for the price we paid, in De Haan, the price represents a very
good deal. (Nothing about De Haan is cheap, certainly not in the Summer anyways).
We spent a very enjoyable week in House C. The place is spacious and very stylishly renovated. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole place is very clean.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Francis, who also provided helpful tips for things to do with young kids. We enjoyed the area. The walk to the beach through the woods and the dunes is nice. We used the tram to get to De Haan and the car for further away destinations.
Overall very satisfied.
Ideally located 5min walk from the beach. brand new facilities with good hardware for example beddings. One of the best breakfast I have ever had in Belgium, especially on the fruits selection, breads, egg station. Also, something unusual in Belgium a can do attitude from all the staff at reception and cleaning ladies.
This is a family owned hotel and is like a large old house. It is full of antique furniture and has an old-fashioned theme running through it. Our room was delightful with the added bonus of a lounge area and a large terrace. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was good.
Very cosy, clean apartment in an excellent location in the centre of De Haan. There were toys and buckets and spades for the kids to play with at the beach, and a very informative guide to the property and local area. The hosts were very quick to reply and check in was very smooth.
A gorgeous country house-style hotel just 10 minutes walk from the centre of De Haan. Welcoming hosts, a glass of champagne on arrival, a well-stocked ‘honesty’ bar and very dog friendly too. Breakfast set us up for the day. We couldn’t ask for more.
The De Torre apartment is a modern, comfortable, full of amenities and an absolutely gorgeous apartment. It is located in the center of De Haan within walking distance to shopping, a beautiful park, the seaside and many restaurants.
A lovely and clean hotel. Siri rated slap bang in the middle of DeHaan with a walk across the street to the beach. In December it is ver out season, and so quiet it’s unreal, literally no one around. But I loved that.
