Lovely location, staff were beyond helpful. We got a free upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment overlooking large garden area. We had safe parking for our motorcycle. Restaurant was lovely and food excellent. I would highly recommend.

Brasschaat has great dog walking places which is convenient...
Brasschaat has great dog walking places which is convenient since we always travel with our dog, it has a classy residential hub, calm and peaceful, and it is still near to the city of Antwerp, making it easy to visit the old city or have business events.
The room was cute and cozy. Comfy beds and a non-smoking hotel. Breakfast was plenty. Eggs, bacon, apple and orange juice, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, one basket of bread assortments and one basket of croissants and sweet bakery things. Yogurts, plain and with fruit. A bowl full of little jelly and jams, honey, Nutella, butter, etc. and a thermos of fresh brewed coffee. It was all brought to our table, it was not a buffet. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
We stayed in the Vanderbilt which was nice. They did not put us in the Formula One next door. they did not put us in the Alexys next door. They let us stay in the hotel which we did book, but if you get there, they sometimes put you in another hotel about 500 yards away, which is exactly the same as a Formula One and they tried to pass it off as the band the ball.
Beautiful environment and unique architecture that fits to nature, such lovely forest landscape to run-walk. Hotel kitchen must be appreciated because accordingly they delivered perfect gourmet menu with lovely personnel..
The room was confortable although a little bit small but ok for a short stay. The parking in front of the hotel is large and perfect. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.
Nice, modern, clean and quiet room. The buffet for the breakfast was really good!
The hotel can't offer toddler beds, but they allowed us to bring our own bed for our daughter.
