I will rate 10 on 10 for the location of this property. Airport pickup was available on payment. Breakfast included with the room rent and it was sufficient for a traveler. Quality of food was quite excellent. Restaurant's BBQ portion was amazing. In a word, all the tour members were fully satisfied with this tour.

The location of the hotel is few mins walking distance to Sugandha Beach point. The location is safe as it is in Hotel zone of coxsbazar. The hotel staffs were welcoming and cordial. The room has very nice interior with proper amenities. The breakfast was more than enough, consist of paratha, vegetables, chicken curry, egg, chowmin, cake from in house bakery, pudding, juice. They arranged transport for pick up and drop off at bus station.
One of the largest and top 5 star hotels in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. I love this luxury place. It's my 1st visit to this place. It's own world to explore. From amazing rooms to extraordinary swimming pools to several restaurants to 2 minutes walk beach; everything in one place. You will be a fan if you try to explore it. Highly recommended for locals and International tourists.
The room was spacious, clean and the view from the open balcony was breathtaking. The hotel is just infront of the calmer, less busy part of the beach. One can spend hours just looking at the endless sea from the balcony. The complementary breakfast was okay. Staffs were helpful and friendly.
This Hotel is old, but they renovated very nicely, minutes walk to beach. They have the room can enjoy the ocean very closely. Live music everyday night. Nice patio. Hotel also secure. I been many times to cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. This Hotel is the best view, service and cheeper price.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot. The modern part of the hotel is the highest in the vicinity and the rooftop (14th floor) infinity pool is a true highlight. My room was sufficiently large with nice and modern furniture. The breakfast buffet was tasty and comprehensive.
Very friendly hotel, perfect location near the beach, nice sea view from the balcony, the rooftop terrace has incredible sea and countryside view perfect friendly and professional staff, specialy Jabert for good job. I hope to be back in that hôtel.
The hotel has all facilities. The behaviours of the staffs are excellent. The bathroom needs huge improvement. Excellent air conditioning. Value for money except the bathroom. Moderately clean. Beds are moderately comfy.
