Rooms were neat and clean and comfortable. Location was so perfect, out of city in the middle of beautiful mountains. Breakfast was continental and options were good enough of vegetarian foods for Indian families. Cable car, roller coaster other activities are within reachable distance. Whole experience of this resort was 10/10 that we extended for 1 more day. Best part was they have separate male female swimming pool timings which was very good for Muslims. Chalet was very designed and clean. Bowling and swimming were of international standard. Receptionist was very cooperative and guided really well.
A recently renovated chalet, Shahdag Mountain House offers accommodation in Qusar. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace.

The house was perfect. Best views! Serene location! Around 8 kms before Shahdag but views are stunning and away from the crowd. The property and the amenities is well maintained and is well equipped. Check in check out was smooth. The upstairs room was simply great.

Highly recommended to take the Cable car from Gondala to the highest peak 2650.
Zirve hotel is the better choice to stay in terms of activities, as almost all of the activities are at this spot only.
Lift chair, horse ridings, quad cars (adults and children), zip-line, roller coaster, VR-games, Off-road tours, mountain bicycles ... etc.
Nature, beautiful sceneries, weather, lush green mountains, snowfall, rainfall everything you need for a vacation.

Shahdag is a really comfortable and safe ski resort. Lots of helpful staff. Nice ski area with all varieties of ski slopes for different levels of skiers, comfortable ski lifts. Lots of winter activities. Beautiful mountains landscapes. Several spas with pools, saunas, jacuzzi. Big choice of restaurants with very delicious local dishes.

High standard of facilities, well maintained and mostly new chairs and gondola, slopes are good enough. There are many choices of slopes for mainly Red and Blue lovers.
Medics available all the time, patrolling for safety.
Ski rental shops have good quality.
There are many restaurant and fast food options. Variety of attractions available even if you are not skiing.
Hotels are very high quality with SPA and restaurants.
Easy access from Baku by car approx 2,5 hrs to 3 hours.

Shahdag is 3.5 hours drive from Baku, the neighborhood was very beautiful. only downside that there are supermarkets nearby, therefore ensure before you go there to bring all your needs specially if you will stay for few days.
Everything was superb. Snow activities, ski lift , ski school and the famous coaster are just around the hotel's complex. You get a beautiful and unobstructed view of the snow mountain while dining or just having your morning coffee. The room is spacious and clean too. The staff were all approachable, attentive, and friendly. There are lots of restaurant choices too. You get a free ride per day per person in Ski lift and cable car if you are a guest in the hotel. You get value for your money.
In conclusion, hotel stay was amazing. Maybe few fixes here and there. The vibe, the location and the activities that surrounded it was to die for. The facilities were on point. My mother felt at ease staying in the hotel. Food and views were nice. To help foreign travelers, there is a free shuttle bus that travels daily from Shahdag Hotel and Spa that takes you to the cable lift/ gondola and Zirve hotel (ski, quad bike, zipline, coaster activities). Hotel has Fryday restaurant and cinema as well.
We were in Shahdag for ski season, the rental and ticket purchase were all inside the hotel, and was very easy. This made ski in/ski out very simple. The spa (moroccan bath and sauna) was really clean and made for excellent relaxation after skiing all day. The restaurants in the hotel had great food and shisha, and were able to accommodate our large group (18+). The rooms were spacious and a highlight was the heated floors in the bathroom.
The staff were wonderful and pleasant, there was no markets around so one of the receptionist was kind enough to call us a Taxi who took us around the city. Everyone was friendly and nice. We got a 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The view was to die for, very beautiful mountains everywhere. They provide free bus shuttle to get to the other hotels for the activities.

Price / location combination. Ideal for skiing in Shahdag if you have a car - takes around 25 minutes on straight road to get to ski lifts, but 3-4 times cheaper than hotels in resort itself.
You also get a separate bungalow, with a nice view.
Location is great. Hotel vibes are excellent. Spa is good too. Restaurant options are there but very limited food options for vegetarians. The staff at the wellness center and restaurants are very well behaved and courteous.
rooms are large and comfortable, view of the mountains is impeccable. Bathrooms were excellent too. Entertainment options at the Hotel and the Restaurants around, including the Snow activities were fantastic.
The hotel is beautiful, the view of the mountain from the balcony is amazing, and all the workers are friendly and special thanks to Mr. Sadra for unlimited support and his efforts during my stay.
In December we stayed in Pik Palace Hotel, but this time in Park Chalet, Shahdag,. Personally I liked Park Chalet, Shahdag, more. Breakfast is nice, ambiance is great!
