Breakfast was ok. If someone asks me how the breakfast was I would NOT say it was good. Pomidor yumurta almost had no egg in it. It was kind of a pomidor pomidor.

Shahdag Hotel & Spa is an excellent-large and comfortable bed, swimming pool, sauna, and everything for your rest at the mountain.
Breakfast was very delicious. There were reach choices for every taste.

We stayed at the house for one night. The host was great. He greeted us and recommended a great traditional place to eat. The house is relatively newly built/refurbished and has a great view of the mountains. The pictures shown in the description are of the house. The house is a bit off-road but nothing that a car cannot manage. It is safe and gated property. We would stay here again.

Highly recommended to take the Cable car from Gondala to the highest peak 2650.
Zirve hotel is the better choice to stay in terms of activities, as almost all of the activities are at this spot only.
Lift chair, horse ridings, quad cars (adults and children), zip-line, roller coaster, VR-games, Off-road tours, mountain bicycles ... etc.
Nature, beautiful sceneries, weather, lush green mountains, snowfall, rainfall everything you need for a vacation.

Shahdag is a really comfortable and safe ski resort. Lots of helpful staff. Nice ski area with all varieties of ski slopes for different levels of skiers, comfortable ski lifts. Lots of winter activities. Beautiful mountains landscapes. Several spas with pools, saunas, jacuzzi. Big choice of restaurants with very delicious local dishes.

High standard of facilities, well maintained and mostly new chairs and gondola, slopes are good enough. There are many choices of slopes for mainly Red and Blue lovers.
Medics available all the time, patrolling for safety.
Ski rental shops have good quality.
There are many restaurant and fast food options. Variety of attractions available even if you are not skiing.
Hotels are very high quality with SPA and restaurants.
Easy access from Baku by car approx 2,5 hrs to 3 hours.

Shahdag is 3.5 hours drive from Baku, the neighborhood was very beautiful. only downside that there are supermarkets nearby, therefore ensure before you go there to bring all your needs specially if you will stay for few days.
There was no breakfast included in the rate. You can order the breakfast separately but the restaurant starts working at 10am. If you need earlier, you won't be able to do it. The location was very good, by car 2 minutes to Shahdag hotel, 3 minutes to Zirve hotel. Rather clean, all kitchen amenities available.
If you make the reservation through Booking website, you can use SPA in Shahdag hotel for free.
For those, who will choose this hotel by themselves in spite of the story below experienced at Park Chalet in Shahdag, Azerbaijan recently, 24-27 December 2021, there will be some good things too – a good breakfast, tidiness and kind attention of staff at lower level, but not managing or serving at reception (their attitude shows - we do have enough clients and don’t care about your problems).
The hotel was very good, its location was perfect and the staff was so helpful, kind and polite. The room size was quite big and have almost every facilities in the room. And view from the room was also amazing.
