This is a unique hotel in Lenkeran. I really liked the decor and atmosphere and that's why I would recommend it! English of the staff is limited, but they are friendly and we made it work. There is breakfast included. The room was clean and comfy. Plenty of space to park your car.

Lankaran is one of the beautiful locations of Azerbaijan! This is one of those rare places where you have mountains and a seaside to your taste! Whether you want to hike, do active sports or just simply relax on the beach then don't even think twice and go for it. The local delicacy and dishes will amaze you even more. People here are very nice and welcoming! Lots of beautiful historical places to see around. Overall, a highly recommended travel destination for the whole family!
Everything was better than I expected.Above all, location is fantastic,river flows surrouding of hotel,views of rooms are very attractive and enjoyable.Especially breakfast was perfect ,all meals were delicious and well cooked.When it comes to other informations about hotel,having great staff , they treated me kindly ,goodwill,polite and made me feel there as a second home.
Even though i stayed one night but enjoyed everything.I would strongly recommend everyone to visit Riva Hill Resort , i believe you will have great pleasure.
The hotel maintains the quality of service, facility and cusine. The variety, quality and taste of food is excelent. The convenience of facility and landscape ar efacinating. The spa area is very comfortable. The personal shows exceptional professionalism and hospitality, all members of the team are polite, helpful and positive. The entertainmet options were very interesting and made our stay in the hotel unforgetable. We enjoyed live music, disco and other entertainment options a lot.
We came to this hotel just to stay but left like we had to say goodbye to our best friend. The host of this hotel is just incredible - so thoughtful, kind, nice and fun! We got to know much about Azerbaijan from him! Also, the hotel room itself is very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was more than pleasant to stay here, we felt like home! If you are traveling to explore southern Azerbaijan, it's going to be difficult not to base yourself out of Lankaran or Astara, and for this the Luxe Hotel is great, not only for English-speaking staff, which isn't a given in AZ, but also because of the proximity to the tourism bureau, which is right next door.
Great, clean hotel and restaurant serving awesome food. .. Except a restaurant staff all of them were trying hard even though they are not comfortable with English. When the restaurant head, who did all possible way to serve me great food, one staff was horrible, he was irritant towards me through out my stay
The territory is rather small but green and beautiful. Flowers everywhere. The staff is very friendly. Our room was of a good size. There were toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoos and soaps. The hotel is new and clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable!!
Compare to the hotel in the city cenyer which are old and dusty this one is fresh.. well maintained.. we had a warm welcome with a plate of local fruits.. it was raining so i couldn't use the swimming pool but it looked nice
