The “real coffee machine” not pods! The towels. The courtyard. The spa bath. The friendly staff. The kitchenette with everything! The whole space! I loved that I could park underground out of the rain and access my room.

The room and hotel was renovated beautifully, the facilities were great and the location was an easy quick walk to the centre of town. The late check out was an added bonus!

Excellent beach. Nice walks that are easy to get to. Flat so easy to walk around - plenty of good restaurants. Has other facilities like supermarkets very handy. It is a busy place so if you don't like lots of people it may not be for you.

Coming into Byron Bay was bumper to bumper traffic which put me off, it was the same leaving Byron Bay when we went off to do a day trip.
I was told that it had gotten so expensive, the workers couldn't afford to live there so they lived out of town and commuted. Hence the traffic.
I had visited Byron Bay before but the town, to me has lost it's charm. Too many high end shops have put an end to the sleepy, alternate lifestyle i remembered. Even the trip to see the lighthouse our parking was charged

Just a beautiful place and the markets were superb. And music at the beach was awesome. So many shops and all of good quality. Miss Margaritas the Mexican restaurant was beautiful and loved the walk to the lighthouse through Warrego Beach. And the solar train to Northbeach was so cool.

We stayed at The Surf House for 3 nights and loved it! This is not like any other hostel, and is closer to a hotel in the standard of rooms, cleanliness of the property and friendly staff. This was especially welcomed after 44 hours of travelling! Decor was lovely and really fitted with the relaxed but stylish Byron Bay vibe! The hostel bar was also great, serving great pizzas and cheap beer. overall a great stay and would recommend!
The location is great. The size of the apartment is fantastic for a family of 4 or 5. It is an older townhouse that has been instagram styled Byron Bay style. Fresh paint and nice decor. It looks beautiful in the photos but smaller things detract from the overall experience.
Loved our stay in one of the cabins at the glen villa resort! The location was ideal and the beds were super comfy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Byron Bay!
Excellent location close to beautiful Belongil beach. Set back from the beach and secure. Lovely tree-house feel with lots of breeze. Great responsive service from Luxury Escape team.
