The room was very comfortable and the furnishings are a lovely coastal quality. Loved the ‘light start to the day’ breakky! A lovely touch.

Location was great and staff were truly AMAZING! Original double room was pretty small and had a very old carpet that triggered my dust mite allergy. Staff moved us to a one bedroom apartment to accomodate my needs. Super appreciated! Wouldn’t give it 4 stars.

First time to Byron Bay - absolutely loved it! Super relaxing and very chill. The Surf House backpackers was the perfect accommodation for the relaxed vibe of my trip. Went to 'Dip' for breakfast each of the 3 days I was there. Can't wait to come to Byron again!

Excellent beach. Nice walks that are easy to get to. Flat so easy to walk around - plenty of good restaurants. Has other facilities like supermarkets very handy. It is a busy place so if you don't like lots of people it may not be for you.

Coming into Byron Bay was bumper to bumper traffic which put me off, it was the same leaving Byron Bay when we went off to do a day trip.
I was told that it had gotten so expensive, the workers couldn't afford to live there so they lived out of town and commuted. Hence the traffic.
I had visited Byron Bay before but the town, to me has lost it's charm. Too many high end shops have put an end to the sleepy, alternate lifestyle i remembered. Even the trip to see the lighthouse our parking was charged

Just a beautiful place and the markets were superb.
Just a beautiful place and the markets were superb. And music at the beach was awesome. So many shops and all of good quality. Miss Margaritas the Mexican restaurant was beautiful and loved the walk to the lighthouse through Warrego Beach. And the solar train to Northbeach was so cool.

We went for our "babymoon" and we absolutely loved everything about our stay! Beautiful pools; the food at all restaurants is so good - the chicken wings at the main restaurant are amazing!!!! Room was wonderful. Staff are so helpful. Loved being a little bit outside of Byron Bay itself but still on the beach and able to get into the town easily via train or uber. Will definitely be back with our little one.
An amazing place to stay where you go to Byron Bay, staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The house has a shared kitchen when you can make your own food if you don't want to go out, and it's pretty clean, stuff are provided.
It would be better if a freezer is equipped
The rooms are clean and well equipped. Amenities such as BBQ's and tables and water/bins throughout the park were very good! The location is also great, it's close to the lighthouse, beaches and other tourist attractions in Byron Bay. We'll definitely come back.
Lovely decor and wide open rooms. The house has everything you need. It was in a great location outside the hustle of Byron Bay's busy area and there was a great cafe in short walking distance.
