Access to property was easy. Great location, opposite a small nature park with short walk to train station, shopping centre and restaurants. Easy parking onsite. Kitchenette had basic but good items available. Good sized refrigerator as well.

Good location, side access was a bit hazardous, parking was on the narrow street, a little bit of TLC needed at this property, fairly clean although one of the beds had stained sheets and crumbs in the bed.

We come there often to catch up and there are plenty of opportunities near for Dinning.
Have used the park areas also for family picnics old favourite is koala Park and forests

The area suited my need to be reasonably close to Westfield Hospital. It was quiet and peaceful away from the traffic. Shopping centre in walking distance. The suite was good value and spacious for two.

This is a very good location for access to hospitals.
This is a very good location for access to hospitals. These include Baulkham Hills Private, Blacktown and the new hospitals in the area. Very central and very well priced if you need to be in town for health reasons or visiting hospitals.

great place to get accommodation close to other places so location was great i didn't get to site see as i had a conference on but the hotel was quite nice affordable and friendly clean and met all our expectations
The one bedroom apartment was clean, and functional. We were staying as I had a scheduled operation at Westmead Hospital, and it was reasonably close. We needed an apartment as this was during Covid, and we needed to be able to comfortably stay inside for a few days, and this room also had a (very small) balcony. It had all the facilities we needed. The hotel did have a small restaurant/takeaway place, but because of Covid it was only operating as a takeaway with limited hours.
The property was in a great location for those who need to be within walking distance of the norwest private hospital. The hospital is literally across the road. The shopping complex is also across the road with great food options, a Woolworths and a chemist. It was a busy hotel, but noise was kept to a minimum. It was in a safe location, and even when I went for a walk at 3am, there were no issues. shower was great. toiletries were great.
From the moment we arrived at the reception desk (Saturday 13th April), we were treated with excellent customer service by Liam. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we offered a free drink while we waited, which was a lovely gesture. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet (considering this hotel is on a main road the double glazed windows worked well). Overall we were very happy with our stay.
The Hotel was well located and parking easy. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Position of room was also nice as it had a reasonable view of trees, so it was lovely to open the curtains and have the natural light come into the room. The room was a good size and bed comfortable. Both nights we have a good sleep with no disturbances.
An excellent home away from home base for visiting Sydney. The location is convenient for public transport (the new Metro is amazing), shopping, getting around by car etc. The apartments are very comfortable and well-equipped and the housekeeping service is exceptional. Reception staff are incredibly helpful.
Beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and overall the experience was good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very close to local shops and public transport, making it easy to get to. All in all, good value for money.
Front desk were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. As a sole travelled I was made to feel welcome and relaxed despite the hotel being very well occupied during Covid.
The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was also not bad, but very far from the center and even further away from the beaches.
All the staff were excellent and friendly. I was particularly impressed with your beautiful gardens. Hotel was immaculate and spacious. I wish I could have spent more time.
My hotel was changed at the last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances from the hotel. The staff were really helpful but I didn't like the hotel they changed me too.
