Dead city feeling with odd people and unfriendly personnel at Spar express and Billa and gas stations that no one speaks other than German.
If it wasn't for business I would not have ever travelled there. Even at the main train station when you buy coffee people are oddly unfriendly and getting 50c change for the bathroom is a chore both in language and culture aspects.
Definitely not Vienna!!

My air conditioner did not work, had the technician come to the room and check, he said just open the window, which is appaulingfor a 4 star hotel.
That person should seek another line of work, the reception staff were very good. House keeping was average

The old town has a nice relaxed vibe to it.
The old town has a nice relaxed vibe to it. Streets and squares are full of open air cafes and restaurants. Good for a lazy stroll or relaxed drink under the umbrella.
The old town is pretty much one big pedestrian zone, so lovely walks.
Since we had our dog with us, we loved the fact the city park was right in the middle of everything.

Breakfast was very good, nice selection and tasty. Breakfast time was very wide, which was perfect for us. Because first day we had to be early for the exhibition. Hotel is very close to exhibition center Arena Nova, suitable in wallking distance, which was perfect for us. Nice restaurant and also fast food opened until late time just over the street. Very kind personnel and very helpful, when we got lost without gps at night on the way to the hotel. We had very nice and cozy room with balcony.
Excellent location directly in the middle if downtown Wiener Neustadt. Quite a few good dining options nearby and a very good level of shopping choices for a small city of this size.
The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel seems to be going through a gradual upgrade, while retaining a lot of the charm of 1950s and 1960s hospitality.

Simple breakfast, good enough, was included. We arrived at breakfast after 9, and there was enough juices and everything else left.
New and clean, really good value for money, delicious breakfast as well as helpful staff. Nice and clean bathroom and a very comfy bed. The location was suitable for the occasion since we attended a concert in a nerby hall. Located right next to the train stop which took us to Neustadt Bahnhof or to Vienna the other way.
We used this hotel as a one night stop in our journey and as such it is very good. Room was extremely spacious, almost can play football in them:). Cleanliness was good too. Breakfast is more on the basic side, however it is good enough to start a day. Would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is located in a commercial area near Wiener Neustadt. Gas stations and fast food are nearby. Parking is in the hotel's front yard. Staff is very nice. I was served coffee personally at breakfast, which was very good. Good Wifi, convenient location to all connecting roads.
Nice hotel for one night stay. There are few parking places just in front of the hotel available until 8 am which was ok when leaving early. Other way you have to use other parking place. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

In winter is cold bud in this hotel is heating so we had heat. That was very very nice. There is also very good cleanliness. I can recommend this hotel for very beautiful stay. It's also good value.
