A nice little town with history. The city walls and towers are still there to see. You can walk around the old city center and read about the history of the town. There are several restaurants and café. One could go to a cinema or go listening to the music, but this is to be checked in advance.
Hiking in the mountain forests or cycling - this is what you do here. There are downhill ski routes, but we were in summer and could not say anything about these.
Within an hour of driving you can reach popular touristic places around, like Dachstein, Hallstadt, Pongau or Salzburg.

Lovely Austrian small town with some historical buildings and a castle. The Skiing center of Radstadt is directly in the town. Radstadt is easily accessible, it is directly linked to Salzburg and Munich by highway.

Good possibility to have good price apartment lille away...
Good possibility to have good price apartment lille away from ski resort. There a very good connection by train from Salzburg and very good ski bus connection to Obertauer or Zauhensee resorts. You can save lot from not using rental car. Radstad also have all you need to have nice dinner or good shopping.
Our stay in Radstadt, Austria, was wonderful! Nestled within a modern, bright, and spacious apartment, we found ourselves truly at home. The two bedrooms, each boasting comfy beds, ensured a restful night’s sleep. The apartment’s brand-new feel added an extra layer of comfort to our stay, while the convenient parking made exploring the area a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during our ski vacation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and modern amenities in Radstadt!
The hotel is located in a beautiful place, the view from the terrace is wonderful and there is a lovely hiking area up the mountain. It was super cozy to sit outside in the evenings!
The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge and the mattress was good quality. There was a lot of storage space for clothes.
There was also plenty of kitchen equipment (different plates, mugs, cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc.) as well as stuff to clean them with. There was free coffee and tea.
I had an amazing stay in Radstadt, the hotel was very clean and cozy, with all the safety measures followed. Beautiful view from the window, all the facilities I need in the room, good WiFi signal, enough parking lots. Amazing attractions available in the immediate vicinity. The owners were very responsive to all my messages, nice and easy to communicate. The room was prepared in advance with a contactless check in.
I am really impressed by my stay: Wolfgang is a great host and he is very welcoming. The breakfast was simply delicious and offers a great choice. The room was spacious and very clean. Radstadt is a very strategic location, from which you can easily reach beautiful ski areas like Zauchensee, Obertauern and Schladming.
Great traditional Austrian hotel in a perfect location walking distance from the train station and a short drive to three world class ski resorts. Great included breakfast buffet.

It was my 2nd stay in this facility, and again, it was an enjoyable experience. Very comfy and large room. It is located right in the middle of the city, which gives you superb access to other locations by foot—lots of parking slots around the hotel are available.
Radstadt is a beautiful city with historical buildings. Appartementhaus is located next to main square. You can buy a tasty pizza in the restaurant nearby. Apartment has everything you need and it is spacious enough. The owner is kind and easy to communicate.
Ammenities such as dry sauna and infrared sauna, fussball table, continental breakfast left outside of room, typical Austrian flair, informational pamphlets, quiet, lighting strips in bedroom, kitchen with utilities, very friendly host and helpful
The location was very convenient to the Radstadt lifts but they weren’t going at this time of the year, April. The town has a great fitness centre and a huge swimming centre & is a cute, traditional Austrian town surrounded by the Alps.
The staff was so friendly and paid attention to the little things. A family owned hotel with a lot of charm. We had a baby with us and they accommodated everything from baby bed to high chair and always with a smile. We love our stay!
