Super friendly staff. Felt like visiting a family. We asked if it is possible to change a room having a table so we can play chess in the evening. No problem. With a smile. Asked for a vegetarian meal not on the restaurant menu. No problem. We were treated exceptionally yet not intrusive. Rooms nice. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom clean and modern. The gasthof is located conveniently in Main Street of Persenbeug. There's a supermarket 200m away, the Danube is round the corner. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the town quiet at night so one can have a very good sleep. The owners are very nice. I arrived on a day when the guesthouse was closed, but they arrived right after my call and even cooked dinner for me. I highly recommend the place when visiting the area. Everything was super.
The view from this hotel is the best we've ever had on our annual bike trip. It is literally right on the bike path which is on the Danube. Room was spacious, clean and bed was great. Owners were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.
