Neustift im Stubaital is really close to Stubaier Gletscher and Schlick 2000, 2 of the nicest ski resorts in the area. Ski resorts are easily accessible by bus, which is free. Lots of places where you can rent skis, and repair skis. It's perfect for enjoying a full ski trip experience. Activehotel Bergkonig is one of the nicest hotels in the area, I fully recommend it.

The view was great. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and the host was keen to help [and because neither us or host were bilingual ...we used google translate & she was very prompt at replying]. Also the local SPAR shop was convenient

Neustift is surrounded by beautiful mountains, valleys and waterfalls. These are accessible by using public transport, which is free with the Stubai super pass, and walking.
There is a range of restaurants/bars in the centre of town. We particularly liked Dorfwirt and Herr Klaus. It is best to book restaurants in the evening.
There are four different cable car routes which make access to mountain huts/cafes easy. Great for traditional Austrian mountain lunches.
If you are in a car, you will find the valley road very busy in the summer. Drivers park cars and camper vans wherever they can, sometimes obstructing the roads. It is better to use the bus which runs, several times an hour, along the whole length of the valley.

Small town but there are lots of restaurants and also supermarkets and a gas station. There is a cable car in front of the hotel. There are many paths for wandering about. Everything is well organized.

We were cold the whole time even thought the radiators where on. I had to wear socks to bed at night to keep warm. Other than that we loved the place . The sofas where a little to low for us old people.

This was a great place to stay! The hotel is near public transportation and restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was so comfortable, well designed and furnished! We also loved the area because the apartment came with the Stubital card, so the public transportation was all free! We went to see the glacier, went hiking and had a blast. Such a great hiking, walking and, let’s be honest, eating area! Every restaurant we visited was excellent and while we could have cooked in the lovely kitchen in our apartment, we didn’t.
Incredible nice and friendly host family, where you feel very welcome. They love to give recommendations what you could do in the area and if you need something they'll help out. For skiers there's a ski room downstairs where you can also dry your boots. The bus station is just a short walk across the street. There's the opportunity to order bread and bread rolls for delivery (except Sunday). The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. It's my no. 1 address when coming back to Stubaital.
The appartement was very spacious and perfectly located, nice view, two balconies, farm animals, plenty to do and see in the area, a delight. Owners don’t speak anything else than german but well, you’re in Austria after all! They were friendly and welcoming, that’s the most important. Tirol is a beautiful place, and this property was a perfect anchor point to discover the area.
We booked the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Having 3 bathrooms were also a big plus. The view from the balcony was nice too. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dishwasher saved us quite some time. But the best part was the whole apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained! With Stubai Super card, its good value for money.
The apartment is perfect! It had everything we needed, it was super clean and well located in the city: close to tourist spots, gas station and supermarket.
The host, Marion is the cherry on the cake ❤️. She was super helpful, created the Stubai Super Card for us and gave a lot of suggestions to ensure we would enjoy the city.
The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean and the staff was AMAZING! We enjoyed every meal from the wonderful breakfast each morning to the delicious dinner in the evening! The bar was great also; an intimate gathering area to relax and enjoy conversation with people we already knew and other guests we met at the resort!
Definitely the best hotel we have ever been. Everybody is kind and helpful. Airport and ski shuttle service is very well organised and useful, food is awesome. Wellness facilities are also perfect. Our apartment was quiet, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Children friendly place. Will return for sure!
The breakfast was wonderful. There was an excellent selection of options to cater to different tastes. The cuisine at the hotel was exceptional. Fresh, delicious ingredients were expertly prepared, and the emphasis on local producers added a delightful touch of authenticity to each meal.
The stay in Haus Wildspitz was great. The owner was very kindly. Next the house is bus stop. By car you can make to get to the glacier in 25 minutes. The view from the Apartament was great. I can recommend this accomondation. Thanks a lot for nice stay in Stubaital.
Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Felix on reception and the Bar Manager. Fantastic sunny balcony to enjoy after skiing. Separate 2 beds with space, unlike other Austrian hotels, which are joined together.
