Hotel feels new and clean, 10 min walk from the last U-Bahn (subway) station, direct line (15 min) to Karlplatz in the old city center, lettingyou get there from the hotel in about half an hour. Great price for the location and quality. A nice park is just across the street, despite you need to walk some more steps to the entrance.
If you arrive by car, be sure to reserve the parking space in advance, it might get difficult otherwise.

The town had everything you could need if you look, a bakery, 2 supermarkets and ice cream parlour at least two cafe's a bank and 2 kebab shops, be warned the donner kebabs seems to be bathed in butter, the chicken schnitzel sandwich was huge and very tasty. The Guesthaus with garden was nice especially as the weather was hot during our stay it also does decent Austrian fare at reasonable prices. The garage opposite is very expensive just walk to the supermarket.
The staff was very friendly and considerate, they allowed us to cancel one of the rooms last minute because of a medical issue one of our group members has.
The hotel is really nice and modern, clean and comfortable, very close to the airport.
Highly recommended if you need a night before or after your fight
We came to the hotel far too early for check-in, but the receptionist was very kind and we didn't need to wait. The rooms are super clean and beautifully furnished, and the bed was comfortable. They serve very good cocktails in a bar. It is near the airport and there is private parking.
We were VERY pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and fairly modern. The staff was very nice and helpful even over the phone when we needed any kind of info. When we travel to Vienna again, we will most likely book this hotel again.

the negative point was that the hotel is not close to the airport, so it costs 40meuro from the central railway stay to the hotel and an other 35 euro from the hotel to the airport. Breakfast was good and nicely presented

The hotel I s close enough to the airport if you need to stay close (assuming you have a car). The apartment was spacious and modern, and the staff was very friendly.
