Beautiful barrel cabins in the most gorgeous wineyard. The barrels are tiny so we only brought what we needed for a one night stay.
The shower is in a separate cabin outside, it's good enough. Also compoat bathroom.
Feels safe and slept well, heating is so good that I even slept half naked (it was mid November)

There was a swift check-in process and the hotel did a great job in meeting our request for a cot for our 10 month old. Our room was large and clean and had good views from the balcony.
There was a reasonable variety for breakfast and after an ironing board was requested it was promptly brought to the room.
If you're staying in Gumpoldskirchen for a couple of nights for a wedding or other reasons we would highly recommend this hotel.
The perfect hotel! Staff gracious and accommodating. Very spacious well-appointed room with excellent bathroom. Excellent breakfast for a 4*. Perfect location in downtown Gumpoldskirchen, mountain view and at start of natural trail. Very good quality wine in the minibar. Free bike rental. Will happily return!
