The hotel is exceedingly comfortable, well-appointed and has a 24 hour reception with English-speaking staff, the staff were cheerful and keen to assist when help was required, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the hotel is located in a very pleasant neighbourhood of Salta with the added benefits of being within 10 minutes walking distance of Terminal de Omnibus de Salta (if, like us, bus is your principal medium of travel), 3 blocks' walk to Cafe del Convento for light refreshments and about 5 or 6 blocks' walk (15minutes) to Calle Guemes, one of Salta's main restaurant areas. It is also about 8 blocks' walk (20 minutes) to the Plaza Principal, the Plaza de 9 Julio and Salta's beautiful Centro Historico.
