The hotel was very clean. The staff was always helpful and very friendly to me - they speak English. Breakfast was fine - a lot of things to choose. Location - ok, not super central but like 15-30 minutes to city center on foot. Big plus for hammam, sauna and swimming pools included in the price and that you can reserve it for 1h for yourself privately.

Yerevan is beautiful old city. Its construction is a bit chaotic, so to find nice places you have to walk a lot, but it is an interesting challenge too. The food is great. I strongly recommend restaurant Urartu on Paroyan street, just in front of Konte, the old part of the city which probably will disappear soon. Vine "Armenia" is strongly recommended! The open marker "Vernisaz" is the best place for shopping of traditional jewellery, carpets, and tableware.
But when you visit the city, please, be careful, there are many scammers in the centre of the city. We were stolen by taxi driver that asked to change a note of 10000 in two of 5000, but after substituted the note of 10000 that I gave him by one of 1000. In the center, there walks a russian "guide" Olga (a slim old blond lady with a face full of wrinkles). She invited us for excursian and stole our money. So, be careful and only buy guides in official places. In general, normal armenians, are very nice and sympathics. Do not lose the opportunity to visit Opera theater. The quality of musicians, singers, and dancers is of high standard and the theater itself is very nice.

The whole country is very lovely. Erivan has a lot to offer: delicious food, trendy places, beautiful views and the most kind and friendly people you'll ever encounter. It's my second visit and I'm already missing Erivan.
You can book interesting tours fairly cheap. Everything is quite close, so you'll be able to visit breathtaking tourist places on the countryside, even if your visit is short.
I was amazed by the number of people able to speak German. Most people are very good at speaking Russian and at the restaurants you'll be provided with English menus. A lot of people speak English very well.
It is hard to describe what's so amazing about Erivan. It's just the feel. I've never felt so comfortable and welcomed. The city has very interesting architecture and such a cozy vibe. Visit Armenia, you will not regret it, I promise.

I love Yerevan.
I love Yerevan. It is not flashy on the outside, but quaint and beautiful on the inside. The city has so much to offer, you need to take the time to discover it. The food is amazing, the people are lovely, and the weather and air is refreshing. You can find water fountains all over the town and the country. I also visited several other landmarks and towns, monestaries and hit the ski slopes while here! Everything was great. We had Easter dinner with an Armenian family and they were so kind, the spread was amazing and that was the best part of the whole trip.
We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Hotel! We had a private room with a private bathroom next to the main house, a beautiful place with a great swimming pool in the yard. We had a great and abundant breakfast. The place is 5 minutes by car from the city center, so it's very comfortable to move. The area is very quiet and the people were very kind, friendly, flexible and helpful. The relationship price quality is very good, it's really a good deal.
We are glad we stayed here and recommend it! Thank you for everything, friends!

Besides the delicious breakfast and the accomodating room, the staff goes out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. This is probably one of its greatest charms.
Not just friendly but also very polite and helpfull for any kind of requests. We planned also a trip with the hotel and we would defenetly recommend it to anybody who wants to explore Armenia. The driver Arthur is a very professional guide.

Very nice and new hotel with an excellent location in the city center close to everything. Staff is very nice, especially the night reception person Koryun who was very helpful with daytrip ideas in Armenia.
The hotel also happened to be 300m away from a travel agency where you could get day-trips to all sorts of destination in Armenia and the proximity of the hotel to the agency/departure point in the morning came very handy as it allowed for more sleep and possibility to enjoy breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay for 13 nights. Thanks to our lovely and friendly host and her family that were so helpfull. The apartment was exactly next to the cascade and so close to kentron( city center) . It was just few minutes walk to so many great places..the apartment was clean, comfortable and safe which made it feels like our own home. We enjoyed it all and I really recommend it to stay there.

It was really worth it. From affordability to accessibility. The accommodation was really nice and clean and have a great view of the city. It was located in the city center and the accessibility to the main touristic places were as easy as 15 min walk. I highty recommend to stay there and enjoy your trip.

The level of prices for accommodation in Yerevan is inexcusably high nowadays, so this hotel has relatively reasonable price in this total craziness of Yerevan in poor Armenia…
Location is central! Walking distance to almost everything we need to go to near Republic Square. Restaurants and convenience store are near Ramada Hotel. Though they gave us a wrong room category when we checked in, they rectified it within 5 minutes after I called Reception. Room is spacious and clean. Room amenities are good and housekeeping cleans our rooms everyday. Highly recommended hotel in Yerevan!
It was an brilliant experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel is really close to all the touristic attractions. You don't even need to take taxi or public bus. You can walk and enjoy Yerevan city center.

Fairly new hotel with beautiful interior design. Nice and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and with comfortable beds & pillows. Very good breakfast, with decent variety and healthy options, and even tasty cakes for desert. We really loved that there was a professional coffee machine. Location is not far from the city center, very walkable and close to may tourist attractions.
The location of this hotel was just amazing - City center, right in the middle of all the action, and that was unbeatable. The property itself, is modest and met our main requirement / priority which was regional placement more than anything else. The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, the room and bathroom clean.
