Tsaghkadzor is one of my favorite places.
Tsaghkadzor is one of my favorite places. People here are very hospitable, hotels are mostly affordable, although there are also more expensive places depending on preferences.
In Tsaghkadzor, the air is clean, taxis are available, there are small shops, cafes and other places of entertainment almost at every step. The city of Hrazdan is also very close, there are many bigger shops and supermarkets there if you need to do more shopping.
Sports enthusiasts and those who prefer active rest can find what they are looking for here.

Peaceful village in the mountains of Armenia. It’s easier to get around by car. Delightful sightseeing and delicious food. But it’s rather small, so don’t expect modern variety, it’s more of a cultural and nature lover’s experience. There’s an ancient monastery/church complex to visit, a street with cozy restaurants and cafes. Visited it for family trips three times this year and will definitely come back again. If you’re not an outside person who enjoys hiking and skiing, I recommend going for a better hotel even if it seems more pricey, because in a small village it’s nice to have good quality services and a variety of options - pool, spa, movies, billiards, playroom for the kids, etc.

The city is absolutely inconvenient for living: the terrain has a 9% gradient, there is constant construction, roads are blocked or broken, and there are no public spaces. It's fine to stay here if you leave in the morning to spend time elsewhere and come back just to sleep.

Tsaghadzor was so beautiful!
Tsaghadzor was so beautiful! I visited in March, the skiing was really great and very affordable. The Monastery is incredible and the street with the restaurants has such a wonderful ambience in winter, the food was delicious and general atmosphere around the town was amazing!

Whether exploring on foot or simply enjoying the view from a cozy spot, nature enthusiasts will find plenty to marvel at.For those seeking winter activities the ski resorts offer a fantastic escape for both beginners and seasoned enthusiasts. The well-maintained slopes and modern facilities make it an ideal destination for winter sports lovers.
Everything in the hotel is superb. The cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms and the facilities. The restaurant serves sumptuous breakfast. Special mention to Alsen in the resto as he made our dining experience smoot...from the breakfast to dinner. He even assists us for some personal request. Another plus factor is the heated swimming pool!! Its good to have that nice plunge while there is a heavy snowfall outside. The garden covered with snow is a picturesque...it was a haven to my son who just cant stop playing with the snow!!
The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to the ski lifts and beautiful view on the mountains. I enjoyed my stay greatly since the apartment was clean, very modern and equipped with all the necessities. Best quality for the price and better than other hotels I have previously stayed in Tsakhadzor. The host was very helpful and provided great service and support during my stay! Highly recommend!
Great ambiance especially in snow fall time its a treat to the eyes.. (see the pictures ). The property itself guaranty the best view in Tsaghkadzor. Small natural river flows through the hotel area. Its located very near to the Rope way/ Ski lift activity, just 10 minutes walking distance. Even though we didn't use, the property has a very nice swimming pool
