The hotel is a good place to start exploring the valley of Selce, even the village Lepusche is not far away with the car. You can swim in the river next to the hotel and get really good food for a good price at the hotels restaurant. The beds are comfortable and everything is very modern. I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Meli prepares great hot breakfast and great hot dinner, the best in all Albania! I definitely reccommend to stay here when visiting Albania mountains. It's a great place to admire the steep mountains near the Cemi river and to hike to the mountains. We had a great 6 hour hike to Maja e Popadijes (2057m) bordering Montenegro from Lepushe, and 3,5 hour hike to high waterfall Ujevara e Selces from Selce.
