The FOTOS family was lovely and took care of us in the best way.
The food was brilliant, with various traditional homemade dishes for breakfast and fresh items from the menu.
The view from our room was great, and the beach access straight from the hotel was a fantastic bonus.

Nowadays too touristy for my taste. Maybe I should have gone to Butrint and other historical sites but I have visited so many archaeological sites like Pompeii that I was not interested. Sarandë is a good stop to continue to other places in Albania.

Absolutely gorgeous place, it's a European hidden gem! Not too crowded and a super relaxed atmosphere. Really cheap and budget friendly but high quality experience. Steak, seafood and cocktails for a small price. Locals were so friendly and helped us with everything.

the town itself is nothing special but has a good choice of...
the town itself is nothing special but has a good choice of bars & restaurants. we used it as a base for visiting butrint archaeological park (highly recommended) & for a day trip to corfu by ferry (good, but too much time is waisted at passport control on the corfu side... 1 & a half hours on arrival and an hour on departure!)

Saranda is a nice town with a beach and walks.
Saranda is a nice town with a beach and walks. There are nice restaurants on the promenade and also dotted around. The people are very friendly. Due to ongoing maintenance work on footpaths it may not be easy for people with mobility issues to get around - missing stones, uneven surfaces and high steps on parts. There's a limited bus service locally ksamil and butrint and 1 to gjirokastel but last return is 1.45pm. this may change in high season and as tourism picks up. There are plenty taxis available.
I checked in around 8:30 pm. Parked my car inside the property and went straight to beach. It was perfect the sand the fire the lights loved every second. Then I went back at the property around 01:00 am and there was absolutely no one, no noise really quiet neighborhood. It looks as a safe area and the property had cameras everywhere which was a good thing. I'll definitely visit the apartment again because the rooms were big, cheap price compared to other apartments in Saranda where I've stayed and overall I had an amazing experience
Very comfortable villa with a balcony to chill out. The beach down the street is nice, however this place is perfect if you want to spend a day or two in Ksamil as it's right in the entrance of Saranda, so just 15min drive to Ksamil (and also 15min drive to downtown Saranda). Hosts are fantastic, they drove us to the port to get the ferry to Corfu and also allowed us to leave our car parked at the hotel for 3 days while we were in Corfu.
Mario offered a great way to feel welcome in Saranda. Its a pretty apartment with a view of the sea and the extraordinary big balcony , which makes it special. The restaurant below is also very tasty and offers u traditional food.
Mario answered always super quick and we had a great stay. We do recommend staying at this little luxury place.
We will definitely come again on the next trip to Albania :)
The room was perfectly clean, cozy and the hotel also has a dedicated parking spot if you need one. The host welcomed us very warmly and took care of all our requests. Would recommend 100% if you need to rest
from the city, however, don't worry for the distance, it is easily accessible by car, taxi or by foot (only 15 minutes walk).

As soon as I arrived, i realized i had found the perfect place to stay. The hosts were very kind and friendly and always ready to help. They made sure i was comfortable. The apartment was very clean and had everything i needed. The view was breathtaking. I’m very happy i found this place and it will be my destination whenever i’ll be in Saranda that’s for sure. 10/10 would recommand
The whole experience was just perfect! It was really close to the beach and everything was around there, buses, markets and shops. The family that manages the place are very kind and friendly and always ready to help us in every little detail. The parking was spacious and always available (very rear and expensive in saranda). Also everything was very clean in the apartment.

The hotel is located in the city center so after spending your day in the beautiful beaches of Saranda,you can go back to the hotel where you can find free parking and than spend your evening in the center.

We had a beautiful room with a sea view. The staff was very warm and helped us in every way they could to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Just one thing to note, the hotel is a 6-7 minute drive from Saranda boulevard, but taxis are always available hence commute will not be an issue.
