Everything was super well organised starting from the reception to the restaurant when I had breakfast. The room is very comfortable and clean with any amenities that you need during a trip. The staff was very helpful and polite. They speak English well and were ready to respond to any of my questions.
The breakfast has a special place, freshly prepared, you can notice who is details it is made.
I enjoyed every single minute in this hotel and I fully recommend it.

It was my birthday but i didnt mention it in the booking or at check in. On my birthday, a beautiful cake and bottle of wine was delivered to the room. Very nice touch and a lovely surprise :) Very friendly staff at reception. Room was gorgeous and wirh a super comfortable bed. Location is excellent, right in the centre of the city and within walking distance to all the sites.

I did check in i 5 pm, than i went to hotel after midnight, early in morning i did check out, but everything is good, ac is functional, also bed is comfortable, the room is clean
