Check-in process was very easy, hotel was easy to find and located very close to everything needed, (2 minute walk to Supermarket) Being so close to the metro( was not working from bad weather) meant the whole city was easily accessible, Room was very clean and maintained daily, Room has a in-built travel plug so a converter wasn't needed unless you wanted something right beside your bed, Restaurant was amazing, Pool was amazing, staff were amazing Especially Amgad who was very helpful and friendly
